<strong> My friend just used this company to do work at there home. So it was a recommendation. They came out to give us a estimate first. The price was reasonable and they were able to show us there work off a ipad. Which impressed us. Very professional. There was no down payment. We were able to pay with our bank card when job was completed.<br /> So with the recommendation on top of that from my friend, we went with them. They started the next day. The job was done in 1 day. We just have to wait for the county building inspector to come out to inspected it. It looks great and were very happy.<br /> </strong> <br />

The job was done in a very professional manner paying attention to detail and quality of the supplies provided and used for the fencing. The job was done efficiently and exactly to the specifications that I required. He made sure that I was satisfied with the job at different stages of the construction. I had one or two specific things that I wanted done and he made sure that they were installed properly as they were being done. He worked very neatly and cleaned up all of the property of any cut or waste materials. His men were very proficient at performing their individual tasks paying attention once more to quality and to my satisfaction. <br />

We hired Signature Decks and Patios to design us a new Patio. <br /> They came up with a great design and a affordable price that meet our budget. We did shop around but the design was what sold us. <br /> They were able to start before the starting date which was great for us. The job took 4 days with a crew of 5 men. The patio was approximately 650 sq.ft. There was a bench around the fire pit and a Arbor over the sitting area. Were so happy with our new patio. The construction crew and the team leader was a treat to work with. Everything was done before the completion date which was good for us because we had company over the holidays. <br /> A enjoyable experience. Will use again to landscape around it in the spring. <br />

Angie, this could be your penalty box contractor of the month.  I chose this contractor initially because of his good reviews on your site.  Something is going on with this contractor because my experience was not anything like the other reviews.   <br /> I could write a novel and if I do not get every dime of my $5000 deposit I will write a novel on every site I can.  Randy Briel who represents himself as owner of the above company contracted with me to build a deck and install a fence around my pool in early August, the 9th to be exact.  NOW I AM NOT REALLY SURE IF HE EVEN OWNS THIS COMPANY BECAUSE THERE IS A DIFFERENT NAME ON ANGIES LIST (Joe something) AND EVERY EMAIL HAS SOME OTHER NAME ON IT, "WILLIAM SMITH".  THIS THING KEEPS GETTING SKETCHIER BY THE MINUTE!!!!   <br /> The contract said the deck would be done around August 19th.  Well at the end of September, (over a month after the work was to be finished) the deck was no where even framed in !!!!!   NO WHERE CLOSE TO EVEN BEING FRAMED IN.    Every day it was a different excuse.....my wife is sick in the hospital, my truck broke down, I have too many jobs going on, and on and on and on.  He would show up for a few hours here and there, no more than a half a day or so per week.  I can't tell you how many times he stood me up and kept apologizing and making excuses.  Look at the other "F" rating he has on this site.  That man claims that Randy told him his Aunt was sick.  Randy, who's sick????  Randy has a $5000.00 deposit ON MY AMEX which I have filed a dispute with my CC company.  Everything he started had to be torn out and done over.  In the long run it cost me much more to have another contractor come in and fix his screwed up workmanship.  This is the sorriest excuse for a deck builder I have ever seen.  The deck part was $8700.00.  I have spent over $10,000 approx to date just to fix/finish the deck framing which included materials, decking and labor.  I am still not completely finished because he still has my $5000 deposit in limbo with AMEX.  So now I am out $15k for a $8700 deck.   <br /> Randy, grow up and admit you messed up and do the right thing which is to give me my $ back! <br /> Now we get to the lies.  Randy sent a statement to AMEX that said I paid him the $5000 after the work was preformed and that the framing phase was complete and that the homeowner wanted to finsh the work.    NOT TRUE, A OUTRIGHT LIE.  I would not have given him a dime after the fact because nothing was finished, straight, square or anything close.  That was a deposit to start work and I can prove by the date of the 9th of August on my AMEX bill.  Randy stop lying and tell the truth.  Randy, had you actually showed up and built me a deck like you promised we would not be here now.  The joist were supposed to be 12" on centers as we were using a PVC decking material.  The joists All had to be removed and repositioned.  Over 75% of them ranged from 11" to as much as 17 inches on center.  They were not even going parallel with one another.  It was like he just stuck them into place to make me think he was actually doing something.  There was missing posts, footers, joists, joist hangers, ledger boards, concrete, blocking for picture framing, blocking for support, missing girders. There were missing stairs, missing band boards, missing bolts.  Everything was missing except for some randomly placed joists.  I have about 100 pictures I can provide as evidence of this disastrous attempt at build me a deck.  There are so many more details but frankly I don't have time to write now.  I have an attorney involved and tried to settle with Randy for the materials but he never sent the refund check as he promised he would.   NOTHING HE PROMISED EVER HAPPENED!!!!!  Thats when my attorney told me to dispute the Credit card charges.  I guess we will see how this thing turns out.  Good lucy to other homeowners out there and beware of this contractor.   <br /> A resolution to this would be for Mr Briel or whomever owns this company to give me my $5000.00 deposit back and to pay me for the extra expenses over and above the $8700 originally agreed to build the deck which I have incurred as a result of Mr Briels complete and utter negligence. <br />

They were on time and constantly in touch with me. They started and finished the job as per our agreement. They were very courteous and they're an exceptional company. I would recommend them to anyone.

Really great experience overall.  They built a back deck 220 square feet. Lots of detail- we really like the herringbone pattern they used for the floor pattern which prevented any end-to-end joints.  The arbor is further back in the rear hardscape, and it serves as a entryway to the kid's playhouse.  Exquisite design on the arbor as well, which was built with two park benches and a paver floor.  Very creative designer with an eye for detail and appropriate architecture to compliment and improve the look of existing structures. <br />

Excellent deal with quality service and product. Everything was done as said, in a timely matter. Would recommend to family/friends and will use again in the future. <br />

The project went very well. They gave use a start date and completion time. They were able to start a little earlier and completed the project 2 days ahead of schedule. Job well Done!!!!!! <br />
