Jason came into my home to fix what I thought was a leaky washing machine. After 10 minutes of looking around he discovered it was not the washer at all. It was the freezer with a stopped up drain. He fix the issue and was in and out in less then an hour.

The technician immediately diagnosed the problem with my dryer. The minute he heard the noise on the drum he knew what the problem was. He installed the needed parts at a very good price and the dryer runs great. I also want to add that the technician arrived within 3 hours of when I made contact. I am keeping this company's information on file for all future appliance repairs. Great job!

Jen was quick to respond to our needs and on top of communications regarding when Jay could make it out both days. Jay was very professional and informative. He worked quickly, ordered the parts needed and returned to fix the issues. Would work with them again.

Jen, the dispatcher, was so nice and helpful. Jason, the technician, came out and determined we only had a freon issue. He added freon and the freezer seems to be doing great. A technician from a different company had told us we needed a start relay switch -- that was not the case. It's so difficult to find honest and fair repair people these days. This was a horrible experience. The provider came out to diagnose the problem, turned off my water to the refrigerator, and took my payment for the part. The provider came out on November 3, 2025 due to my refrigerator leaking water. They told me that I needed a filter housing b/c it was cracked. The provider turned the water off and informed me that he could not locate the part locally, so he would need to order it. In order to do so, he needed me to pay for the part in advance and it should be back by that Wednesday (2 days), and he would install on Thursday. That did not occur. I showed him grace and allowed him additional days. I called the number on the invoice and left a message over the weekend. No one returned my call. I sent a follow up message on the Angi app on November 10, 2025. I received a response that filter housing is in transit, i will update tomorrow. Tomorrow never came and I did not receive an update. I sent another message on November 17, 2025 to follow up. I never received a response. This provider has not refunded my money. They have not provided a part. They have not completed the job. I do not want them in my house at this point. I want a full refund. This is criminal behavior.

The technician was on time as scheduled. Diagnosed the problem, told me the issue and cost, I agreed and he went to work. The repair was done timely , and the technician cleaned up. I will use them again.

Repair Pro’s has done a wonderful job repairing my refrigerator several times. From a power board going out and also later a defrost element going out it. Repair Pros came out and repaired it each time in a very professional and friendly manner. They were extremely knowledgeable and explained everything to us as they worked on it. Also, the turn around time from my calling them to the work being completed was super quick. Not weeks like other companies. I would highly recommend them…. Great company!
