Theresa is fabulous from start to finish. She responded to my inquiry right away, discussed our needs and preferences, and immediately began sending MLS listings through her online system so we could do a significant amount of narrowing before traveling to San Diego. We therefore spent the weeks before our trip there narrowing our options and getting to know the market, and she was very attentive to our comments, adjusting to our needs as we moved through the process. Theresa has a great eye for property, and a keen sense of how to adapt to her clients' preferences. She is dedicated and tirelessly worked with our schedule. For example, because of our limited time, she kept working after a full day of looking at property to send us some more possibilities in case we wanted to see something more before heading out of town. Once we were in escrow, Theresa's skills became even more evident as she coached us through all the steps of a careful house inspection and toward a smooth closing. She kept every "t" crossed and every "i" dotted as we hurdled through the mounds of paperwork, and she was always available to talk through any aspect of the process. I can't say enough about Theresa Davis; she is a truly stellar real estate agent.

The whole transaction went off without a hitch. We sold our property in Austin, Texas and purchased a duplex in San Diego soon after. Theresa kept in touch with our selling agent, kept us informed and managed the whole process beautifully. I was impressed with how knowledgeable she was regarding real estate law and procedure. Theresa is very hard working and thorough and I would not hesitate to use her again.

<p>In February 2014 my father passed away and Theresa handled the sale of his home. There was a total of three parties as "sellers" one of whom was out of the state. Theresa managed all of the inspection and signature meetings like a real pro, making everything as "stress free" as possible for all parties. She definitely went above and beyond, doing extra legwork to accommodate all of our schedules and keeping everyone in the loop with great communication from her. The property sold in only three days and at above our asking price! My wife and I purchased our first home this past June. Theresa was our realtor and we have nothing but great things to say about her. My wife and I were so impressed with our most recent real estate transaction that we felt compelled to let others know. Every step of the way Theresa was full of helpful ideas and was very generous with her time and expertise. With her help we were able to sell our house within a few days and were able to get over our asking price! Her attention to detail was apparent throughout our dealings with her and it gave my wife and I great peace of mind. Because she took the time to learn our likes and dislikes, we did not run all over town looking at homes that wouldn't be right for us and eventually, it was she who found the house that my wife and I purchased!
