Very knowledgeable, very prompt, very professional. They ran everything by me before they preformed any services. They found issues with my pool that I didn't even know existed. They are very reasonable and will work with you. I would recommend them a million times over. Thank you for all you do for your community.

Our pool was drained for leak repair and refilled. We hired this company to balance our water after the repairs and perform the weekly service needed to keep it clean and balanced. After a week of them pouring who knows what into the pool on a daily basis the water turned cloudy blue and now has a layer of white powder on the pool floor. Our skimmer has lost its suction and our $2,000.00 motor is now rattling along with a small leak. We had to hire a new company to attempt to clean up this mess. Our pool has been drained before to have it resurfaced and it only took two days to balance. Not sure what went wrong here but we are the idiots who paid them as soon as they sent the invoice before the fixed the water. Now we are paying double.

"[Member Name Removed], I’m sorry you were inpatient and wouldn’t let us finish the service. You had underlying issues with your pool before we ever put a chemical in there. We advised you that your filtration system was not working correctly to begin with. It has poor flow. We did everything we could to accommodate you and didn’t charge you a penny more. Our chemicals and service cost a lot more then you paid. Next time please don’t conceal any information from your service workers so they can properly address the situation and not take the cheap way out. Good luck."
