I was quoted a price over the phone that was compatable to other carpet cleaning companies. I explained to Right Choice Carpet that I had received a special fyler that would clean the complete house for $$ Right Choice Carpet stated he would provide his service at the same price as the flyer, but upon completion I was giving a price that was double what was qouted. I was charge additiona $100 for stain protector and another $100 for carpet freshner. I called this contractor and explain after the carpet dried it had light and dark spots. the contractor stated he would return and redo the spoted carpet. I have not received a return call.

Excellent work, they went above and beyond. I expected a clean carpet and sofa and got a "brand new" carpet and sofa. I will be definitely be using them again!
