"The Right Cleaners only used the company’s own equipment and cleaning supplies for the customer’s move out cleaning . THE ACCUSATION OF STEALING IS FALSE! That was a misunderstanding on the client’s side . The cleaners put the client’s bottle by mistake in the trash bag while they were cleaning the kitchen and collecting all the trash from that cleaning. Later on I spoke with the client and explained that to the customer. The customer sent me the video of the cleaners throwing the bottle in the trash , and my company promptly apologized for the cleaners mistake and replaced the money for the product . The company also compensated the client by refunding part of the payment back to the client as with our sincere apologies for the cleaners being late that day. We have a great reputation with all the clients and we also provide references upon request if anyone needs that prior to hiring my company ."
