Roger showed up when he said he would, and gave me the week before windows would be ready, to confirm a general install date. Called again 3-4 days before to insure we would be ready and available. Showed up when he said he would be here to install, and finished them quicker than expected. Would use again! Cost includes the 5 replacement windows

They cleaned up every single day. And I have never met someone that does an excellent clean up before. They did a beautiful job. He was never late. Their price is competitive and reasonable.

Everything went better than expected, since it during an extremely cold part of Dec 20017>Jan 2018. It wasn't the best temperature in SE CT. for this type of work. To my satisfaction all aspects of the work performed was top quality even as stated above the weather didn't cooperate at times. The Thermalfit Crew just worked around it. The discussion started almost 2 years ago about this project and the difficulty was than no manufacture made a Navy Blue color siding in there listing until I spotted a company (this fall) out of Canada with a RI distributor sent me actual samples of what I was looking for and the rest is history. So far to date I've used Thermalfit twice (roof & siding) and would use them for any future projects.

My husband and I were very pleased with the work. We had the wood shingles on our roof replaced with Cedar Impression shingles. Rodger was honest, fair, extremely responsive, and kept us apprised of every step. He and his team met every expectation set, disposed of all debris, and left our yard clean. Thank you, Rodger!

The estimate was very reasonable, especially compared with the more nationally known brand. Work was done on schedule, all in one day. Work was punctual, high quality and professional, including cleanup. Would definitely recommend to others and use again. We would be happy to be used as a reference.

Roger keeps a consistent crew who is courteous caring and very thorough. They do a good job while communicating concerns and never left the job in a precarious spot even with weather concerns around. In areas where they believed building deficiencies existed they performed the upgrade with not effect on job cost. We would certainly recommend Thermalfit and will be using them again in a few years when we do the roof.

Very well. Roger was prompt with his estimate, and performed the work quickly, efficiently, and professionally. He handled a few problems that came up (not of his doing-unexpected rot in the deck rails, for example) without any difficulty. He cleaned up thoroughly after the job was completed. Overall I was very pleased with the quality of the work and the manner in which it was performed.

It could not have gone better. They arrived when they said they would, finished when they said they would and cleaned up all the debris. While they were working on the roof they found several 4x8 sheets of plywood that were severely damaged and replaced them with no impact on the timeline. Similarly, he discovered that the last contractor who worked on the roof installed tin flashing around the chimney instead of lead, and replaced the tin with lead. This required removing much of the siding near the chimney and reinstalling it after the flashing had been finished. This is the second major project Roger and his Thermalfit team have completed for us, and we will never use any other company for major work on our house.

The owner returned my phone call for an estimate within 24 hrs and performed an on-site evaluation at my convenience. As with any roofing project, hidden problems manifest themselves. In my case, as the roof was stripped of its current shingles, the owner pointed out several areas of plywood which required replacing due to rot. The work was done on-time and on-schedule. The owner and crew were very informative, courteous and professional. I was informed of any issues as soon as they were noticed. I would not hesitate to recommend them for future projects.

Roger/Thermalfit were professional, punctual and thorough. They completed the job in the time frame they said and it came out better/more solid than the original roof. I am confident that this will no longer be an issue for me. I'll be using Thermalfit in the coming years as the main roof will need replacing as it's nearing the end of its useful life.

Roger and the team at Thermalfit LLC are amazing!! He and his team are punctual, thorough and leave the site/home cleaner than when they arrived!! their attention to detail and explanation of the entire process are second to none!! After many quotes and sales pitches from other contractors, Thermalfit LLC gave and excellent presentation, short and to the point followed with a great price for a great product!! They followed up and kept me informed of shipping status, estimated delivery and actual install dates. they were ALWAYS ahead of schedule on availability of product and ready to begin install at my convienece!! The existing roof on my home had three (3) layers of shingles on it!!! The Thermalfit Team stripped them all replaced roof sheathing where necessary, installed a complete new roof system and were right on target with the quote. Other contractors wanted a variable built in to cover unknowns?? Really??? The Thermalfit Team were able to hit the price mark due to years of experience and hands on management of the job and job site. When they finished the job site was cleaner than when the started!! I would reccomend Thermalfit LLC to anyone interested in a Top Quality, True Proffessional Contractor dedicated to Quality.

Thermalfit did a great job from beginning to end, using high quality materials and high quality craftsmanship. Roger, the owner, responded to our initial call quickly. He listened to our needs, and promptly gave us a very reasonable cost and time estimate. After a very short negotiation, we settled on the terms and conditions of the contract. Within a week after signing the contract, all the work was complete. His 3-man crew was prompt, courteous, well spoken, and professional. They did a great job! We wanted high quality materials and high quality craftsmanship. And, that is exactly what Roger and his crew provided.

Roger did an outstanding job for us. He was extremely attentive to our needs and requests. Work was started at the exact time promised. Work was finished ahead of schedule (weather was extremely cooperative). We were so pleased with the service Roger and his team provided, we contracted a deck, and are now looking into gutters. Roger's pricing was very competitive given the extensive amount of work we had to perform. His workers were very professional. The structural changes he made were very robust. He replaced two windows in our garage, removed a bow window in our kitchen and reframed to add a full view door and a bay window. Removed a single window, reframed and replaced with a double window in a bedroom. Removed cedar clapboard and replaced with vinyl shakes. We are very happy with everything and would definitely recommend him for your home project.

Roger Matteau and his crew were great. Extremely prompt and professional. Roger kept us informed as to when the work would start (which was exactly on time even though special material was needed), how the project was progressing, and when we would expect to finish up. Roger's prices were very competitive. We were extremely satisfied with their work. In fact, we were so satisfied with the siding and windows, we hired them on for the deck and gutters. As with any project there were a few odds and ends that did not get finished, however, before Roger left the job, he ensured all issues were rectified to our satisfaction. The only issues we had were with nails on the ground from the original siding being removed. All and all, Roger did a great job. I would not hesitate to hire Thermalfit again for another project.

I was out of town during the service and had other projects pending at the same time.  Roger made my project a priority and everything flowed without a hitch.
