It was perfect! I am delighted with the new doors- smooth, easy to slide and lock, soundproof, too! Installation was done so well! Precise measurements and complete clean-up, inside and out. This is an excellent company! I haave recommended them to my neighbors.

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THERMAL QUALITY WINDOWS. VERY PROFESSIONAL NEAT AND CREW WAS ON TIME AND VERY RESPECTFUL, I HAVE ALREADY GIVEN REFERRALS , SO THAT TELLS YOU A JOB WELL DONE.

All work was completed in one day and old frames and windows were removed, not left for trash pickup

I have been waiting a while to write this review to see how the windows would hold up. It's been over a year on the first set and they are holding up great. They are better quality than windows that are much higher priced (you pay for the name). Had them out two for two separate installs. Work was well done.

It went perfectly no complaints at all.

Project Mgr. Chris Burton was excellent to work with. Very responsive. He told us that it would take about 8 weeks for the windows to come in. I called the office after 8 weeks and the windows were in. Odd that no one had called me to tell me this. But we were able to set up the installation date very quickly. All the work was done in one day by the foreman, Jan, and one helper. They were very neat in removing the old windows. No mess was left outside and the outside capping looks very nice. Windows were installed neatly and caulked on the inside. No carpentry or re-painting was required by me at all. The windows look like they have always been there. For the money they seem to be of good quality. Floors and carpets didn't appear to be tarped completely during the installation. The new windows were cleaned after installation. But I found it odd that they asked for my Windex rather than having their own. They vacuumed somewhat at the end of the day. But I had to wash footprints off my kitchen floor and do a lot of sweeping and vacuuming around entrance doors and under the windows after they left. That said, it seemed like a small price to pay for the price and quality of the new windows and installation. My wife and I are very happy with the way the project turned out and would not hesitate to recommend Thermal Quality Window and Door Co.

We're extremely satisfied with our 14 new windows from "Thermal Quality Windows and Doors". The price was incredibly reasonable and the installation was flawlessly completed by Tim and his crew before the cold weather's arrival. We've already noticed a savings in our heating bill due to the windows' efficiency. Mitch was the sales representative that we dealt with. Mitch made the entire experience enjoyable and informative. He took the time to show us window samples, their features and why the specific window type we selected was the best fit for our needs. There was no attempt whatsoever to "up sell" us a product type we did not need by Mitch. Mitch even stopped by our home after the installation was completed to show us how to properly handle the windows. This included how to collapse the windows to wash them effortlessly.We would highly recommend "Thermal Quality Windows and Doors" to anyone including friends and family.

Great experience from end to end. Lance took the time to explain options and product features as well as timing. He made the sales process comfortable and easy. Installation was completed by Tim and Don. Tim called to confirm in advance, showed up on time, and completed the entire installation in under 5 hours. Everything was clean and the new windows look great. Will definitely use again.

I did a lot of research on fiberglass doors that look like wood before choosing this company. I was working with Home Depot and they were just so slow. i needed someone to come out and help me decide which door to choose. Doors are expensive and you want to made a choice you are happy with. Thermal was patient and responsive. i have a beautiful, solid, outstanding set of doors I am really happy with, plus the doors are made in Philadelphia.

The salesman came out quickly and measured. It took 8 weeks for the windows to get installed. The installer was on time, very professional, great quality and got the job done in one day.. I would hire again.

They returned my called within 24 hours & fixed the problem within a couple of days.

Initial installation was good, however there were some adjustments needed. I think is to be expected to some degree. Mitch, one of the owners of the company, came out personally to make the adjustments as needed. I can report everything has now been installed and adjusted to my complete satisfaction. Good company that keeps its promises, good product that is not too expensive. Would recommend to friends and family.

Install was very professional with very little mess and the new windows and doo look great.

Great work all around; only knock is that the installer was a little messy, but the windows were replaced quickly, easily, and they look great.

Thermal quality was prompt and my installation went smoothly.

Mitch, the president of the company, came out and measured three times to make sure the correct size door was ordered. The installer called me the week before to find an agreeable time for me to do the installation, as well as the night before to make sure the time still worked for me. The door actually came in earlier than expected by a couple of weeks. The installer was prompt and cleaned up after he was done. The door is excellent quality and I couldn't have been more pleased. Another thing to keep in mind they offered to come out and measure after I got home from work as well as actually install it on a Saturday so I wouldn't have to take off from work.

People were great and on time. Very pleasant and showed all work that was done to make sure I approved of the completed work

Karen called me back several times, about the part they had to order. Mitch came out and fixed the problem. They have a local reputation in the community. They followed up, and stood behind their work. They were cheerful, professional, the Mike that installed the door, was so nice. The whole company is nice.

Thermal Quality Window and Door did an EXCELLENT job at a very reasonable price. I have saved 30 percent in heating and air conditioning costs due to the superb quality and professional installation of the windows and doors. They stand behind their product 100%. I haad a minor problem on the door due to abuse on my part, and they fixed the door the next day with no charge. Kudos to Thermal Quality Window and Door - a great company!
