ThermaTek Heating and Air

It was a disaster from start to finish. First they determined the AC probably needed to be replaced, then it still wasn’t working and they said the furnace needed to be replaced. I bought both through ThermaTek and after 4 visits they couldn’t get the AC working. I called a different company who when looking at the job ThermaTek did said, “who are these people? We’re they high? Have they ever worked on a HVAC system before?” They wrote out a long list of obvious poor quality work (including leaving tools inside the furnace and not putting the door on the furnace) and left detailed notes for ThermaTek to fix their issues. I paid the new company $1200 to do it for ThermaTek because I don’t trust them coming anywhere near our HVAC ever again.

Excellent Jeremy came out in the middle of the night to make sure we had heat , it was winter super cold and like 3 am I would recommend him to everyone. Really polite and very professional!

Work consisted of repairs to an older central a/c unit and recharging it. They fixed it, so it runs like new again. On-time and efficient, at a reasonable cost. I would hire again.
