Back in December, during the first major storm of the season, I woke in the middle of the night to the sound of water dripping inside my wall. The next morning, I contacted several companies and left messages, worried it might take weeks for someone to even assess the damage. After receiving no callbacks the following day, I reached out to The Roofing Company and got a return call almost immediately. I explained the situation to Dylan, who quickly identified the likely issue over the phone, provided a clear price range for the repair, and came out the same day. Despite the significant snow on the roof, he had no trouble accessing it, locating the leak's source, and completing a temporary repair to get me safely through the winter. The issue turned out to be a severely deteriorated chimney. Water had been seeping in through damaged pointing and flashing, which had begun compromising the wood beneath the shingles. Dylan was responsive, fast, courteous and professional. He came out quickly to perform a no cost estimate for the roof cleaning job. I had a lot of moss growing on the roof. He provided me with a reasonable price and was able to perform the work the next day. He communicated throughout and provided a sketch of the roof and itemized the work to be performed. Dylan did a great job treating our roof for moss. He told me up front it would likely require multiple applications and he was rught, returning several times until completion. Dylan also "white washed" our gutters by hand doing a wonderful job with this as well. Dylan was always polite and quick to respond to calls/texts and made the 2 return trips promptly and without complaint.

Dylan proposed a chemical treatment that would kill the moss on my roof and have it eventually fall off. I was skeptical it would work so I paid a little extra to have him brush off the moss a few weeks after and the results were beautiful. The moss looked black after two weeks, so if I had been patient it would have fallen off by itself. In the end, the treatment preserved the integrity of my roof which could have been compromised by pressure washing Dylan was a pleasure to work with and very professional. Dylan does great work and is professional. Shows up when he says he will. Roof repair well done repared and did work to prevent more water damage. He asked if I wanted him to check my chimney and oh my it was gross dirty with moss and areas where cement feel.out. He fixed it and it looks incredible 😲 Asked him to help with moss and mildew on shed and he has done one treatment and will be back to repeat. He didn't pressure me but asked if I might want to finish reminder of flat roof with the rolled roofing then I would not have to think about it for years.
