Mike is awesome. He showed up when promised, evaluated all of my screens, and determined which ones needed replacement and which did not. Several of my frames were older and required fabrication of new ones, which Mike accomplished on-site. There were a couple of odd-sized screens for a double-hung patio door with sidelights which Mike did not have mounting hardware for, but he was procured it in a couple of days and returned to fabricate and mount those screens as well. He's a super friendly guy, knows his stuff, and was completely ready to do the job to whatever level I wanted. I recommend him without hesitation for any screen repair or replacement job you may have.

Mike came out to look at my patio screen door. He explained the pros and cons of rescreening versus replacing the door. I decided to replace the door. I also asked for a quote on two window screens. Because of the large door size, Mike needed to order frame parts. When he came back with the door a week later, he installed the door and replaced the lock, at my request. Mike built the two additional screens on the spot and installed them. Mike showed up right on time both visits, which was great. He obviously takes pride in his work. It was great to have the screens made right at my house. I appreciate the way he gave me options with no hard sell to take the more expensive choice. The quality of his work and material is great. I will be happy to call Screen Experts again when I need more screens. <br />

TheScreenExpert.Com is a mobile service. They come to your home and repair screens, frames and sliders on the spot.  <br />  We had 10 windows in need of repair. The screens were old, torn and some frames were bent or missing altogether in our windows. We had seen the Screen Experts truck in the neighborhood and called. Mike Nelson was able to schedule us for a few days later. He showed up on time and was very professional. We showed him the windows and he gave us different options as to what he could do: build a new frame, use a "pet screen" to prevent pet damage, etc. He also told us the prices of each window before he went to work. We appreciated his clear communication and the fact that he did not try to "up-sell" us. After we gave him the go-ahead, he went right to work. It probably took him about two hours to re-screen and re-frame 8 windows and get the measurements to custom build two sliders. The sliders had to be ordered. They were not done that day because our sliders are extra large, not standard. We will definitely call TheScreenExpert.Com for our future needs. <br />
