We had a lot of back and forth with our warranty company, but I finally ended up calling Jay. It was a late evening call but he's 24/7. He made it out in a little over an hour, but had to spend the next hour on the phone with my warranty company sorting out issues with them....but was always professional. Once wrapped up on the phone, he got right to work and was done in approx another hour. He even checked outside to make sure the sump water was evacuating correctly and that the line wasn't blocked or somehow recirculating into the sump. His after hours surcharge was a very reasonable additional $50. Any future issues that I may have, Jay will be my first, last, and only call!!

Fine. The only negative was heavy drain cleaning machines placed on a newly painted cement basement floor (without a protective floor cover beneath the machines) caused several small spots of lifted paint, otherwise the job went well.

The technician was great and had all the parts needed to fix the leak and was able to unjam the disposal. Was great not being coaxed into replacing pricey plumbing fixtures. Would hire again!

Jay came right out and fixed it correctly. It was a tough job, as I live in a single wide mobile home, but he crawled through the much and mud with a smile on his face and completed the job. Even offered me a "low income" discount. Great guy all around!!!

The Service Company has bailed me out twice (2 years apart). They are very understanding as to the importance of promptness in responding to the problem. Jay charges a very reasonable fee and is extremely conscientious about minimizing the mess as much as he possibly can! I would absolutely recommend using The Service Company again.

Everything was handled quickly and without alot of new parts. I was given a lesson for self care of the drains and and confident i know how to do so. And if we have any more clogs I will definitely call The Service Company again.

I have recommended Jay to many friend with plumbing issues and they were all impressed with how fast he arrived and explaining the why's. I have a very tight schedule like most. Jay is always on time, never over schedules so I never felt he rush and gave me great service. I was never left wondering. Great attention to the customer experience.
