Alex, the representative, was friendly, understanding, and incredibly helpful. He was able to quickly schedule a technician to assess the situation. The technician, Pedro, arrived promptly and was everything you'd want in a professional: courteous, knowledgeable, and put me at ease. Pedro explained the problem with my sewer line clearly, outlining the repair options without any pressure. He patiently answered all my questions, no matter how silly they might have seemed. The actual sewer lining replacement process was impressive. The crew worked efficiently and meticulously, keeping me informed throughout the day. They prioritized cleanliness, leaving my yard looking exactly as they found it, minus the problematic sewer line, of course! Communication was key for the Sewer Brothers. On February 10, Pedro, Carlos, and team did expensive sewer repairs due to several root intrusion and corrosion buildup. After conducting camera inspection, the team replaced the entire/existing Building Sewer Line ( replacing the old underground clay pipe) with a new high density polyethylene piping by means of Trenches Pipe Bursting. It took two days to complete the work, as stated. Finding a trustworthy and reliable plumber is hard to find these days. They are often unreliable, unresponsive, provide generalized explanations of the plumbing issues & solutions. (Often the customers are lost in the plumbing terminology? ) Also some plumbers charge outrageous on-site estimate fees. This WAS NOT the case with my experience with PEDRO and the Sewer Brothers Plumbing team. Sewer Brothers Plumbing are TRUE PROFESSIONALS and did OUTSTANDING WORK to RESOLVE our plumbing issues. They go above and beyond to meet the customers needs. Pedro provided very detailed explanation of the plumbing issues and offered reasonable solutions/pricing. He is customer focused, respectful, patient and follows up. I trusted my instincts on hiring Pedro and Sewer Brothers to resolve my plumbing needs. I had absolutely NO REGRETS! When it came time to do the work, they delivered what was promised and did a GREAT JOB! Please look no further. THEY ARE THE PLUMBERS TO HIRE. Excellent service with the sewer repair and replacement. We decided to hire them to replace whole house pipes on our old home. Did the job at a reasonable price, just like the first job. Had one small leak problem under sink in guest bath. Texted at 1:00AM, he came at 10:00AM the same day. He fixed the leak at no cost. We have had no problems since. Now, that's what I call service. Also they are very personable and respectful young men. Thanks, Sewer Brothers!

He moved a faucet outside. Nice work and reasonable price. He is also very easy to talk to.

I had a clogged shower drain pipe. Snaking did not help, rust was coming out. They had to dig through the bathroom floor, remove and replace the old rusted broken pipe, install a drain out and do a hydro jet on the main pipe, all done in a day. Very satisfied with the work done. Quality and professional work. They work clean and leave no mess behind. Both brothers are very nice, easy to talk to, and willing to help with any questions or recommendations. My go-to guys. Highly recommend them.
