It was successful. Took a little while to find the right house, but not to any fault of the Sheets team.

The Sheets team (Don, Wendi and Autumn) provided "EXECPTIONAL" service in listing and selling our home in Dayton, OH in pricing, showing and most importantly attention to detail and addressing challenging situations involving the sale of our home. We contacted Team Sheets (recommended by Dave Ramsey) on February 7th describing our remote situation. Our tenants moved out of the house on March 7th. Team Sheets swooped in immediately and gave a detailed assessment of the condition of the property. Wendi provided honest counsel in relation to selling "as is" and also detailed accurate estimates for some work that would ensure the property brought top dollar. We were in contact with Wendi almost daily while the contractors conducted the work. Team Sheets was there every step of the way providing progress updates and recommendations. I can't even imagine the behind the scenes work. Wendi listed the house on April 11th at a price she discussed with us the first week. I lost count of how many showings were held on the April 12th. We had four offers that day. With expert guidance, we accepted an offer $15k over our asking price. Wendi, Don and Autumn took care of the rest. Autumn set us up with a Power of Attorney for Don to represent us at closing. Flawless! Closing occurred on May 15th. Our profit was wired to our bank account and available immediately! I can't recommend the Sheets team enough! Don went out of his way to block out time to fit my schedule twice a week, Wednesday evenings and all day Saturday afternoon for almost two months. Being a first time home buyer using a realtor I didn't know what to expect. I sure didn't expect Don to be so kind understanding and patient with me. I knew nothing about the real estate business, he showed me close to seems like 100 homes, he answered all of my silly questions and never once talked down to me.
