"I’m glad the exhaust fan is now working and to hear that a simple cut out of the 2x4 was the issue is calming. I apologize for not getting back asap I was overwhelmed with car issues as you over heard and shared a laugh about when I was on the phone working there. I’m disappointed the company couldn’t address the issue in a timely manner but I can assure this is a problem that can be prevented here on out. The employees have become extremely busy due to high demand of us so to of not gotten back quick enough just tells me we are in need to slow it down. If there’s anything I can do to help bring you peace please reach out to me which I know you can but this seemed to of been the better option. Our apologies and remember we are here to make things right if you find a place in your heart to give us a chance."
