Please note that this job was only to locate the reason for leaking water, not to do a full sprinkler repair. They quickly figured it out and stopped the leak. They came when they said they would and they were courteous.

Yes, I had an unknown leak in my yard and they found the leak and repaired. I wish they would have taken photos before putting dirt back in the ground. My suggestion would be to take photos with repairs and provide itemized bill. I was quoted hourly rate but at the end of the repair they charged me the rate and then added on supply cost. I was given a price of $165 the day before and then $180 per hour on the next day. I decided to move forward with the repair but did not like the price changes. Total cost came to about $1000 for all the repairs and sprinkler system tune up. Time will tell if they repaired. Overall very professinal but on the expensive side.

Fast and quick fix to sprinkler system. The plumber that fixed a water main buried the second valve that was closed off. Adam found it and fixed problem.

Overall, great experience! Responded in a very timely manner, explained everything to me and repaired our equipment in no time. Customer service was also great. 10/10 experience. My go-to company from now on if anything else happens with my sprinkler system.

Spoke with them and was VERY DISAPPOINTED when given an arrival window of 12-2pm, and was told to reschedule my appointment because he called 45 minutes before the window of time he provided (while I was at a doctors appointment), and said he decided to leave the area. As a new client I also agreed to his minimum fee, although he mentioned the job might cost less than his minimum rate. He's unprofessional, inconsiderate, and disrespectful when it comes to anyone's precious time except his own.
