They were very nice but stains reappeared so I will not use them again. It was just expensive for the amount of work done.

First, these guys arrived on time.  That's a BIG plus in my book.  They set-up their stuff, kept to themselves and worked hard.  I mean, they were both sweating.  When they left the carpets were almost dry and my tile was dry.  Both looked brand new and the tile grout was cleaner than I ever remember it. <br />

Service was excellent. Removed some stubborn stains in the carpets. The carpets look like new. <br />

They cane on-time.  That's a plus in my book.  They worked hard.  I mean the guy was sweating when he was almost done. <br />

They were okay. I didn't call them back to have them fix the spots that I thought could have been better either. I didn't feel like they addressed the dark spots in the carpet.

Tony <br /> came to my house on time.  That's a big plus in my book.  Immediately after getting to my house, he inspected the areas I wanted cleaned and told me his plan and costs.  I agreed and he quickly got to work.  He worked very, very hard and never stopped moving.  When he was done, the carpet looked better than new.  He used some special machine that got some major stain out and removed most of the water.  The carpet was almost dry when he was finished.  He also used protectors for the wall corners inside my house and my shrubs.  Evidently, his hose gets so hot it can damage those areas just by touching them.  When <br /> he was done with my basement carpet and stairs, I asked him about my car.  It had tons of salt in the carpets that really looked terrible.  He told me the price and again, quickly went to work.  I was planning to trade-in the car and I've decided to keep it because it looks brand new.  The carpets and seats look like they're in showroom condition.  I would highly recommend this guy.  It's a clever name since he is a real cop and fireman. <br />
