Justin was such a pleasure to work with. I recently had a tub/shower conversion done by another contractor only to find three weeks later the pan was leaking the entire time. Justin was quick to come out and estimate the job and get repairs started. Pedro and Sergio kept me well informed on a daily basis as to what was being done each day. After a month of issues from previous contractor, Justin and team came in and a week later we have the bathroom we wanted and couldn’t be happier.

After spending months trying to find a reliable and honest contractor I was thankfully able to find Danny and team at The Texas Builder. My project was to finish the renovation of my home office closing in the walls, installing some french doors and cabinets. Some of the previous work I'd done myself made things a little challenging for the team, but they worked through everything and did an amazing job. As always things come up and change, but Danny did an excellent job keeping me informed of things as they came up so they weren't a surprise. If I had any regrets it's that I haven't used Danny and team in the past to do other projects at my house. Definitely planning to work with Danny and the Texas Builder again on other upcoming projects.

Had a TREX Composite deck installed. (replaced wood deck) Danny and his team were easy to deal with and did an excellent job. If an issue came up, they dealt with it, and made sure we were happy with the outcome. Would definitely recommend these guys. I would use them again for other projects.

Wood Fence Repair
Owner is very rude when i called and questioned the quality of some of the fence pickets - they were warped and loose. They reversed the pattern of the fence which made my neighbor upset. The customer service i received from this company is probably the worst experience I have had - would never recommend this company to anyone and plan to file a complaint with the BBB

"Sorry you feel you had a bad experience with our company. As you can tell by our other reviews, we usually tend to our clients every need. It's unfortunate you weren't present during the bid process and I've never actually met you. I'm sure this could of gone different had you been more involved up front. Upon signing the contract your husband told us that you all were selling the house and to go with the cheapest materials possible. We explained that we did not warranty the cheaper material. Wood is an imperfect object and does warp if you choose the cheap route and do not stain it. As stated when we last spoke, I'm willing to come remedy this situation."

This company was great to work with. They did a wonderful job, cleaned up after themselves and worked around us not wanting to be without a fence at night. We are on a corner lot so have a large lot with 3 sides and they had it done within a day and half
