The Tree Surgeon

"We are not interested in returning to this customer. We agreed to top one tree and trim up the other away from the house. Each tree had its own price. We topped out the first tree and did not have enough time to get to the other tree that day, We explained to the customer that we would not take Payment for that tree but would need paid for the work we done. The customer decided to split the payment of the whole job to ensure we came back. Like I said each tree had a set price, I did not like that the done that and expressed my feelings on this matter as the work we done was warranted to receive full payment. Based on their actions when it was time to collect payment, I have no desire to return. This customer was not honorable in our dealings and I fear that any further dealings would be not in my favor as a business. I accepted what was offered as payment and am satisfied."

"Hello sir. You seemed to have no problem paying us after the job was completed. Regardless of what you paid and how long it took me, you?re paying for my expertise and knowledge , equipment and the safety of your property. As three of those trees were leaning right at your house. You asked us to leave the debris from the trees in the brush, As we did. It was not good enough so we came back out and done what you asked a second time. I feel like this is a bogus review! You clearly paid us after you walked the area."
