We have hired Adell and his company several times over the years and not only do we plan to use his company (The Variety Guy) again for yard clean up, but we absolutely want to see what other services he can help us with!! Adell is 100% professional, fairly priced, on time, quick to respond, and also just a really good person who we enjoy working with and trust in and around our home. We're extremely thankful and are excited to work with Adell again in the near future!!

We live in Nebraska. We had the Variety Guy do total renovations on 3 properties in Colorado Springs, CO. One Single Family large home, one town house and one duplex. His work was superior in all respects. His bids were accurate, work was performed as described, on time, and he kept us updated about work being performed, and any additional problems. He is now in Florida and I am sure that his work will be equally superior. He is a honest and reliable person, Wished he would have moved his business to Nebraska as I could use his expertise on 3 single family properties here that need total renovation.
