The Water Heater Experts

I want to update my previous review.  My water heater is not working properly.  I still cannot get them to get in touch with me.  The heater is still under the 1 year complete warranty.. I am really going to hate paying another company for something under warranty!! <br /> Don't waste your time or money on these people. <br />

Were very responsive during the sale and install.  Mike came on time (actually a little early).  Checked the water heater, and I decided to replace rather than repair as it was 8 years old.  He left to purchase the water heater and returned to install.  I had questions about why it was not energy star.  He called his boss, and he told me water heaters are not rated that way.  Mike went ahead with the install and did a neat job.  He forgot the expansion tank, and was to come back a few days later to put it on.  I was not there during that install.  It looked very sloppily done, and like it could fall off.  I sent 2 e-mails to the owner asking about this install.  I have not heard one word from them since the sale. <br />

A very good experience overall.  The owner Scott came by on a Friday to give me an estimate for a standard electric as well as for a new hybrid water heater and any necessary additions needed due to state codes.  I made my decision that afternoon, and made an appt for Tuesday to have the standard water heater I selected.  Scott called over the weekend saying they had an opening for Monday had become available for the install.  I returned the call and accepted.  The install technician arrived Monday on-time and installed the water heater, hauled away my old one, and cleaned everything up in about 90 minutes.  A very professional company that I would recommend to anyone needing a water heater. <br />

This was an excellent experience overall. I received prompt estimates and the service was performed very professionally. The installers were very professional, were extremely careful to cover carpeting with plastic sheeting and left everything spotless even on a very rainy day. The chief installer gave me very specific instructions on the operation of the water heaters. The chief installer also pointed out a separate issue not related to the water heaters that needed correcting. <br />

They came out and provided a quote and installed the water heater a couple of days later.  Everything went just as planned.  The service took most of a day, but the quality of work was and is phenomenal.  I would recommend them to anyone.
