Ty was great! He was very responsive, even on a Sunday night. He helped me weigh my options on tank vs tankless, and fit me in on Monday. He got my water heater replaced, tested, and working better than ever. He also got me the necessary safety equipment our previous system was lacking and was a pleasure to chat with. ????? I can?t say enough good things about The Water Heater Guyz! Our water heater stopped working, and they were able to get us taken care of much faster than we expected. From the moment they arrived, they were friendly, professional, and took the time to explain exactly what was wrong and what our options were. The installation was done quickly, and you could tell they take pride in their work. They made sure everything was working perfectly before they left and even cleaned up the area when they were finished. It?s refreshing to find a company that?s honest, reliable, and doesn?t try to upsell you on things you don?t need. The price was fair, the service was outstanding, and the whole experience was stress-free. If you need a water heater repaired or replaced, I highly recommend The Water Heater Guyz. He left the exhaust pipe/vent disconnected on a $3500 tankless install. Suggested I pay his "installer" (nice guy) $200 to fix what he should have done in the first place. I like Ty but will not be using him in the future for anything. Every time I tried to have him take care of a problem, he blamed everybody but himself and would take no responsibility.

We opened this project through Angi on a Sunday afternoon, after our water heater started leaking on Saturday afternoon and completely stopped heating our water that night, I had been calling multiple plumbers with no luck (except high prices and a few day wait) the water heater guyz matched to us and called while I was still on the phone with the Angi agent! I called back Ty once I was off the phone with Angi, I then sent him a few pics of our water heater/water heater closet area and he was able to call me back and discuss a new tank vs tankless water heater. We decided to go with a new tank water heater and Ty then sent us an estimate that we signed and was able to schedule us for the next morning, Monday morning to get the water heat replaced! The gentleman Joe that he sent did an amazing job, very kind, efficient and professional. A few hours later we had hot water and 2 days later we had our inspection from the city. Great and easy process! Thank you again!

Tyrrell is a splendid, responsible and very generous person! He helped me with all my questions and with my water heater! It was an impeccable job, there were some complications because my pipes are a little old. but he knew how to solve it and he helped this damsel in distress! I would definitely recommend his work and if I need any future repairs I would not hesitate to contact him again!
