They were here on time, they just got on and did the job so professionally, explained me what they were gonna do and explained to me how the screens were pet proof. I have no complaints at all and I would use them again. I expected it was going to cost more than that and I was pleasantly surprised.

Everything went well but once I needs to get in touch with window mill after the install, to have them come repair the water leaks I was unable to get someone out as soon as I anticipated, and was unable to get a hold of them in a timely manner. They eventually came back and took care of the leaks and everything worked out. I think they are truly a professional outfit but need to improve on their communications once a job is completed just as they did when they needed the business. <br />

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it was okay. Initially it was fine. They came and did the measurements, but one of the windows cracked about a week after they left. We had some trouble getting back in touch with them and they eventually made it right, but it took about two weeks to get back in touch with them. In my opinion if they had something wrong they should have gotten back to me right away. So far everything has been fine, otherwise. The people who came out were very pleasant, professional and cleaned up, so that was very good.  

First, finding a firm that does storm windows is difficult these days.  Window contractors only want to do new window installation.  Although my primary windows need some work (putty and paint) I wanted to keep them because of the beautiful natural wood finish on the inside. <br /> When I explained this to Sam he was very helpful. He showed me a number of options, but agreed with my final decision.  He ordered the storm windows for me, and when they arrived he and an assistant installed all of the windows in about six hours.  They did a good and professional job. <br /> My only disappointment is the quality of the windows themselves.  They are quite good, and certainly adequate, but are no where near the quality of the 60 year old windows they are replacing.  They simply are not as well made.  I don't expect to see any savings in fuel this winter, but I do have windows that can be easily opened and closed, which the old ones no longer were.  But hey, they were 60 years old!  I have retained seven of the old windows that still work well and are not visible from the street; at present I have no plans to replace them. <br /> I also had Window Mill replace front and rear doors and storm/screen doors.  Here I'm very happy with the quality of the doors themselves, and Sam and his crew did an excelent and timely job of installing them.  <br /> <br />

Sam reviewed the job...called with price and job details within a week. He advised when he and worker would do the job. Showed up on time and did job neatly and very professionally. Sam reviewed the completed work, my wife and I were very pleased!

We were satisfied.  They were pretty good about timing.  The material has been holding up very well.  It was pricey, but I think worth the money.

MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WITH WINDMILL WAS POSITIVE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM HIGHLY TO ANYONE. THEY DO QUALITY WORK AND ARE VERY RESPONSIVE. THEY MAKE SURE ALL PROBLEMS OR CONCERN ARE SOLVED BEFORE LEAVING.
