After researching window companies and getting quotes from 2 others, we settled on The Window Place Plus. Sergio, the owner, came to see us personally and was very patient with us throughout the process. We wound up replacing 17 windows and a sliding glass door. When it came time to install, the crew they sent were top notch. Courteous and professional, they took care of everything and after they were gone there was no sign of trash or debris anywhere. Special shout out to Dave who I describe as a master craftsman. He capped areas I didn’t think could be capped and everything looks beautiful. He took all the time we needed and addressed every concern that we had. We were so happy with the project that we had them come back to trim out a few areas that weren’t part of the original contract. We thought their price was very fair for the quality of windows and level of installation service we received. We would highly, highly recommend these folks if you need new windows and/or doors.

This review is actually for an installation of a replacement door. The web page for this review did not give me that option, so I chose windows. I actually did have Window Place Plus replace 9 of my windows about a year ago, and I was so pleased by the results that I reached out to them when I decided to replace my entry door. As with my last experience, everything was first rate and done exceptionally, from my initial contacts with Jackie and Dan, and then to their installer and the subsequent follow up after installation. I recommend Window Place Plus without reservation. I'm not sure I have any improvements on my condominium that I can hire them to do, but if I did, I would! Great Job!

We had a perfect experience recently with the entire process from the Window Place Plus team. Our original 45-year old 70x46 family room garden window was deteriorating, unsightly and drafty. They came out to carefully measure and provided an array of replacement options. Thankfully, they guided us toward a single-pane fixed window rather than multiple double-hung windows. That professional suggestion could not have yielded a better end result. Our family is extremely happy with how the new window changed the overall feel of the room in which we spend so much time. It allows significant sunlight to shine in compared to the previous dark garden window with clunky shelves. Their sales rep showed up on-time to measure, and their two installers did a quick and perfect job and even hauled away our massive old window. We were pleased with their overall professionalism and we're planning to have Window Place Plus back soon to replace about 8 more deteriorating windows.

I can't believe we didn't replace our windows sooner. Jackie from Window Place Plus took diligence in understanding our goals and concerns for window replacement. I had three windows installed and this company did a fantastic job. They contacted me quickly when I requested info about window installation, set things up and got the job done before the time they quoted. The installation team came and knocked the job out quickly and cleanly. They were also very friendly. The window quality is very good. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. After using Window Place Plus for new windows a few years back it was time for a new front door. Jackie was very thorough in showing us our options for the doors. It was amazing how many styles and customizations are available to choose from. We were able to design a set of front doors to complement our specific look and even match the metal roof accents were added to our home some years back. We decided to add storm doors as well. The pricing was excellent. And as I expected from Jackie based on my experience with Mark, there is no hype or pressure, no buyers remorse or lingering questions of "did I get a good price." I am THRILLED with my new doors!!! I have a very old home and my new front doors were a custom build, but they fit and look terrific. I also had a new exterior door and two storm doors installed. The team was professional and did an awesome job with the installation. They treated my home as if it was their own and cleaned up as they went. I could not have been happier with the job.
