As a multi-year Super Service Award Winner, The Window Source of Indianapolis offers a new buying experience for Hoosiers looking to purchase windows, siding or entry/patio doors for their home. Locally owned and operated, our process is an easy, no-pressure way to select high quality, energy efficient home improvement products at the best price. We will send one of our 10 design consultants to your home to perform an assessment of your current windows and conditions to see if we are the right company for you. If we are, we will show you all of the options available and see which one best fits your needs and budget. We have many financing options to make the project affordable to YOU. We have 4 teams of installers - all are factory trained and experienced. Our windows and doors are custom manufactured to fit your home's current openings. We also have a full time service team to take care of issues, should any arise, after the project is completed.

"Hello, We always want to make sure our customers have a great experience and love their new product. I want everyone on our team to do their best to make sure this happens for everyone. We are a small family owned business in Noblesville. My wife and I run it and have a great team that tries to do everything we can to provide a great experience for our customers. I apologize you feel we did not do this for you. Communication is very important and I am always trying to impress upon our entire team the importance of communicating to our customers. I apologize we had to move your install back a day. This unfortunately happens when dealing with the weather like we do. We have had a lot of days that we have not been able to install or have to stop in the middle of it due to rain or wind etc. We do not want rain coming into the customers home and ruining floors or furniture or anything. I also have to keep the guys safe and so if the wind is heavy or theres lightning we have to stop and all these things can put us behind which in turn causes installations to be moved. Trent your installer has been installing for 30 years and is a great installer. He did recently lose his helper a few weeks ago when he passed away from a heart attack at 38 years old and so we had a new gentleman on the team. The installers definitely dress different then the project managers do and I assure there is no bait and switch. Also, Trent may have not told you but he was driving his truck a couple weeks ago when a car ran through a light and hit him very hard and totaled his truck. He was using a spare truck and I apologize if it did not look good. We have a very strict policy about smoking and the guys are to only smoke by their vehicles. My understanding was they were invited to smoke with you in your garage when you were out there and while that was nice of you the installers are not supposed to aAlso,cept those invitations. We do this so that no issues come up but it sounds like they did accept and smoked with you in the garage. This is something I highly frown upon and will make sure the installers know that this can cause problems. We will do everything we can to improve on the things that we need to improve on. I certainly do not like the fact that a customer doesn't like the appearance of our guys and their vehicles. We will make sure this doesn't happen in the future and once Trents truck is repaired from the wreck it will be much better. Also, its unfortunate the guys had to be at your home so late, we typically try to avoid this if at all possible. I think they were just trying to get it done for you so they didn't have to come back since they new it would cause issues with your work schedule. I know you had to leave during the install for a couple of hours which they waited around for you to get back and finish. Instead of waiting around for you to get back maybe they should have found a better time for you so that they were not at your home late. Again, we all want to do what we can to make sure our customers have a great experience and love their new products and I apologize that you did not get that experience. We will take all of this and make sure we improve on everything we can. This is not a norm for us and I apologize. We will make sure we do everything we can to take great care of you in the future. The weather is always a tough thing for our industry and I have personally tried handling different ways over the years. As you know Indiana weather changes constantly and we never know what we are going to get unfortunately. When we went off the weather forecast a couple days before or even one day before we would cancel jobs due to it showing heavy chance of rain and then it ends up being sunny or it only rains an hour. When this happens we all lose a day and this can get us backed up. We are always trying to improve and so we greatly appreciate the feedback.
