In February of 2017 I decided to have the work REDONE by Home Depot. I had wind and water penetration because of Jim and Brian and couldn't take it anymore. Yup...that's right. I had them rip out the Window Source of NJ's horribly installed Ply-Gem casements, and install -- properly -- Anderson windows. It's been a frustrating period of dealing with Brian and Jim.. and the Window Source of NJ. I hope I can save others from having to go through what I went through hiring them.

Everyone involved in the window installation process from the Window Source was absolutely amazing! Even the price was very reasonable. They did an excellent job of being professional, especially Jim. When his employees showed up, they were well organized, respectful, and very efficient. They had one person responsible to clean around the windows (before and after, including vacuuming), one guy responsible for removing the windows, and one guy to install the new window. I was glad to see Jim stop by to confirm the progress of the window installation during the day. He asked us how we felt things were going and if we had any concerns. This showed that he cared enough to build the relationship with his customers. Also, while he stopped by, he was courteous enough to take a quick look at the backyard sliding door, which wasn't working right. Even though it wasn't his responsibility to fix, he took two minutes and used his expertise to quickly repair the door. Even Julio (one of the people installing the windows) was very professional and was kind enough to help re-install some of the curtains that would have been difficult for us to put back up. Overall, we had a great experience. We will definitely be reaching out to them again, and would definitely recommend them to anyone that needs to look into window repair or installation.

From The Beginning, Jim was a professional well manner sells rep. He explain to me in detail how everything will go, and he also show me examples of the windows that he would be installing. After the order was made the windows came in on the time estimated by Jim with no complications. Then it come to the installation i was so happy with it, it only took two days to install nine windows. His installers were professional, they clean after them self and got the job done right. <br /> <br />

Great!! Starting from when we met with Jim to walk through the project. He explained to us the different types of Windows he has, how the whole process will work from beginning to end. Everything was met on time. Once we agreed to go with the window source of New Jersey, they came out to measure all the windows to make sure they fit perfectly (which they did). A couple of weeks later we received a call that our windows were in and to schedule a day for installation. On the day of installation the crew that was preforming the job was on time and set up ready to go. I have to say the crew was amazing. They were very professional, did amazing clean work and answered any questions I had during the whole process. I received calls from Jim throughout the day checking in on the work and asking me if everything was going my way and meeting my expectations. The process started with the crew removing all existing windows and making sure that everything was in great shape before they started installing any windows. The installation and trim work they did looked absolutely amazing. They replaced one casement window in the kitchen, a picture window with two casement windows in the living room, a hopper in the basement and 13 double hung windows throughout the rest of the house. The house looks amazing!! <br />

They came at 8am for 6 replacement windows were done by 11:00 and even swifted my floors!! I spoke with him that day to make sure I was satisfied. It is a great product at a great price. <br />

I had some windows replaced in a beach home in Ocean Beach Unit 1. I have the unit rented for Labor Day weekend and then I have a winter renter coming in, so it was kind of a rush. These guys have done some other work for me in the past and they do nice work for good prices. I didn't even get estimates, I just hired them and they did the work. They are going to replace the windows in my home in Wayne too. On time, done right, fair price, great product.

Provided emergency service. Secured my home and then came back one week later and installed a custom sized frosted window in our bathroom down the shore. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Was there within 2 hours of our call to make sure the house and my family was secure. Went like clock work. Met with Jim, he measured the windows, I paid him a deposit. Two weeks later they were installed. The whole process including installing the 6 windows only took about 3 hours. These guys are a pleasure to work with and I'd recommend them to anyone who is in the market for quality, affordability and piece of mind. I did the right thing hiring them...for the second time!

Jim came first on a Wednesday. I was getting some other prices, but that didn't bother him. He was the first one. He left me with lots of info, brought in a window sample and showed it too me, plus had a nice full color brochure he left with me about the windows. I went on-line and did a ton of research about them, they were Ply Gem series 9000 windows. Everyone on-line said they were very good. About a week later I called him back and asked him to come back and he did, showed up on time, that was a Wednesday. 1 week from that Monday, so about 10 days later. He called me to let me know the windows were in his warehouse from the factory and were checked for shipping damage. They checked out, so we set up the install date for that Thursday. Since my wife and I both work we wanted them to do 1/2 one night and 1/2 another. Jim said no problem and sent 2 crews over to our house. They finished all 9 windows in about 3 1/2 hours. The were perfect. I already referred them to the lady downstairs and a neighbor. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />I am writing this about 2 months after the work was done. These windows are great, look great and work right. The sunlight isn't beaming through the windows and heating up the apartment anymore. The add some kinda Low E coat to the glass to keep the light from heating everything up in the summer. Really cool. Probably saving me money too. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Don't think twice about using them. They are 10000% professional and the real deal. I'd send them to my Mom's house if she needed windows!

The windows are a high quality custom crafted vinyl window. The installation went very smoothly. Installer arrived on time and job was completed as promised. Installer showed me some rotten wood after the windows were removed and said he would replace the wood at no extra cost. In previous window installations I have had done the company always demanded more money for these types of "unforeseen" instances, but the Window Source did not. This is an A+ in my book, I am extremely pleased with the product and services provided and highly recommend this company! <br /> <br />Tom
