The Window Source of Rochester

I was shopping for replacement basement windows and called The Window Source. No one answered the office phone when I called and I didn't leave a message. Two or three days later I received a call from Jim McCann asking if I was looking for some information/pricing on windows. He explained he was returning my call from a caller ID log in his office. Well, I thought that was a good sign that he bothered to follow-up. We scheduled an appointment. Jim was right on time and his quote was lower than the other 2 quotes I had received. Jim told me up front it would be a little more than a month before he could have the windows installed. Jim called back about a month later and we scheduled an installation date. Jim and his installers arrived at the scheduled time and had the work completed in about 4 hours. The installation work and the windows (Sunrise Windows, check them out on the internet) were high quality. They cleaned up after the installation. I would certainly recommend at least getting an estimate from Jim if you are considering replacement windows. I would definitely hire them again based on my experience. <br />

They did a great job and I am happy with it. They even came back a second time to finish a few things up and try to go above and beyond for me. They are a good, honest company. They want to make sure you are happy. They stand behind their product and have a lifetime transferrable warranty. They were very professional and the owner was on-sight the entire install.

We spoke with contractor at a home show, made an appointment for estimate. JIM was very knowledgeable, product appeared of high quality lifetime warranty was very reassuring.

Everything went smoothly.  They came when they said they were going to come.  They cleaned up behind themselves.  They put up the window treatments when they were finished.  One of the guys really went out of his way to be kind and returned to do some minor things that he really didn't have to do.   I really appreciated the service.
