The Wright Move

I initially checked out four movers over the phone and intended to to get on-site estimates from each. However, Jermaine was the first, and the vibe we got from him from the beginning sold us on him and we didn't get any other estimates. Jermaine and his crew did a great job of moving our belonging to our new home. They were professional, and very conscientious. He'd go a head and plan how they were going to handle a room and they'd go for it. They covered and wrapped all the wood pieces or anything that might be awkward; also they took great care with even the little things, like removing and securing the light bulbs from the lamps so they wouldn't get broken. Other than a short lunch break, they worked continuously. They had our old house packed and into the new house in seven hours. They were awesome and I recommend them highly to anyone.

Wright Move staff moved my stuff from a storage unit in Denver to a condo in Denver. In moving a mattress, they broke a light fixture in the condo hallway ceiling. Owner Jermaine agreed to find and pay for the fixture. He delayed in finding the lamp, so I found it online via vendors like Lamps Plus and Urban Lighting for $32. I gave him the info on how to get the fixture. He never acted on that and started ignoring my calls on the status of getting/paying for the fixture. I never heard from him and am having to buy and install the fixture myself. This firm is dishonest and lacking in integrity.

Excellent. I forgot to write a review after the move at the end of June. My bad. The guys were very efficient. The stairs to go up and down, plus going out to our shed. I am recommending them to a friend. Jermaine offers a flat rate or by the mile. Your choice. I chose the flat rate.

I had a good experience with them. They were prompt. They met the timeline. Their pricing was good compared to other folks I spoke to. They worked hard. Their crew worked hard. The plan that we made required some additional vans, and people They were able to put that together and do what they said they would do.

Crew was over five hours late against promised time. Move took little time once they were there.

Jermaine was very professional and kept us apprised of timing due to traffic, etc. The 3 movers were polite and very helpful. They wrapped our furniture and were very careful not to damage anything. This was a smooth move due to these great guys!

This is the second time we used The Wright move. They are professional, courteous, careful, and dedicated. Our move is a difficult one as MOST of our furniture is solid wood and HEAVY! Too many boxes of books and other misc. heavy items for our own good......but the crew with the Wright Move were dedicated, stayed moving the WHOLE DAY LONG and got it done! Absolutely no complaints from us, and we would definitely use them again!

They were on time, professional, careful with my belongings, and just a great group of guys. I have already referred 3 other people who were equally happy with their service.

That was an excellent experience. They did special work for us. They moved the washer and dryer for us from one house to another and then back to the old house with stairs. They were very accommodating and it didn't go over the budget amount that they gave me. They were willing to get it done fast.

Amazing. They were both very professional and quick. They were able to come and help me at the last moment when another moving company A.M.S. dropped the ball. Will hire again in a minute!!.

The team at The Wright Move was outstanding--knowledgeable, friendly, very conscientious with our furniture, unrushed yet timely and efficient. They were also quite flexible to accommodate a change in our move date due to a delay of the contract work. All interactions and negotiations, from scheduling, to doing the work, to billing and payment were very professional and fair. The owner is a true business-man as well as part of the moving team and insures an excellent result.

These guys are fantastic! Best moving experience I've ever had. They were on time, professional, and courteous. There crew worked quick and efficient while at the same time they carefully dealt with all of our belongings. Nothing was damaged going in or out, which I really was pleased with because we had some big items. That was another thing I was really impressive by was there maneuvering and lifting skills(I'm not joking when I say we had some big HEAVY items), but these fellas handled it like champs! I would recommend there services to everybody we were very pleased!!

The Wright team was the right team! The team showed up early and ready to handle business. They worked hard and diligently in moving all of my stuff from crammed storage unit to a 3rd story apartment. Not to mention the stop they made halfway to grab more stuff from yet another 3rd floor unit. This team is amazing, hardworking, and most importantly professional! The Wright Move is so good that we have used them for 3 moves. All moves have been interstate moves. In two of the moves, we even flew Jermaine and team out to move us. They are that good. Their prices, service and professionalism cannot be beat.

This company does a great job. They show up within the given window of time. They are professional and know what they are doing. They fit a lot more into my pod than I could have done. You can tell they are professionals who know how to put that packing puzzle together. I will be hiring them again next year for my next move.

It went better than I ever expected. This is the first time I have hired movers, and I was impressed! They packed the truck expertly. I can't believe how much stuff they got into the small trailer. What didn't fit, the stored neatly in my garage, so it could be easily moved the following weekend.

Jermaine and his staff have done my moves before a couple of time's in the past. They were very professional on the phone and in person and did everything in a professional manner. I was overall very please with both of my moves, and I plan on using Jermaine and his staff again when I am ready to move, as well as recommend them to people that I know that are looking to move. The process was clear and concise and on time. EXCELLENT company.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Jermaine was responsive and listened to my special requests. Everyone knows how stressful moving is. This was the easiest part of the whole process! The moving crew was professional, courteous, careful, and incredibly fast. Price was very reasonable, and ended up being less than budgeted due to the crew's efficiency. The moving process took 2 hours less than expected! We have not encountered damage or breakages as we unpack our workshop equipment and office. That's pretty amazing. <br />Highly recommended! They showed up on time and completed the move very efficiently. All three movers were very professional and helpful and there was no damage to any furniture despite many hallways, stairs, etc. I would definitely hire them again.

Move a refrigerator.

We had three movers arrive on time in a U-Haul truck. One seemed experienced and the other two seemed to be new. All of our bedroom furniture had been moved in brand new and each piece seemed to be dented on its way out. They had a lot of trouble with our refrigerator moving it down a flight of stairs. It wasn't a small refrigerator, but we were paying for professional movers and there were three of them so we figured it would be a non issue. They had no moving equipment to help with the big stuff as we've seen with movers in the past (straps, harnesses, etc.) and it showed on our furniture. It wasn't until after they had squeezed the refrigerator down the stairwell and scuffed up our handles that they decided to remove them (which I had to do; I'm not sure they had tools) to get it out the front door. Their inexperience began to surface right around this time. It was dropped twice and heavily scuffed on the handle and front side. There was a lack of urgency throughout. About 3 hours in, I realized this was going to take MUCH longer than I anticipated and ended up taking apart ALL of my big furniture. Master bed, crib, dining room table, two couches and a glider. My wife and I even moved all of the big bedroom furniture down our two flights of stairs to speed it up. It took almost 7 hours total for the move when 95% of our boxes were in our garage when they arrived and ready to load. It took them closer to an hour to get to our new place that was 15 minutes away. Understandable, as we assume they ate lunch. We were charged for that hour (assuming that's standard). By the time they showed up, we had them unload boxes into our garage only to save time. The boxes had been poorly stacked in the truck; light boxes on bottom, heaviest on top, leaving several dented boxes. I unloaded SEVERAL boxes myself because the movers were burnt out and cramping. I felt bad for the guys, but at the end of the day we're paying for professional service and that is not what we got. I could have paid two of my buddies half of the amount, rented a UHaul and we probably could have been done faster and cleaner. We didn't let them move our TV or our grill. Nice guys, but inefficient, a lack of urgency and a complete disregard for our furniture while moving it. I think they could have been provided with better tools to help with the heavy stuff as they were very good about wrapping it once it was in the truck -- just not while they were physically moving it. We did not sign up for the insurance due to the fact that, again, we were paying for professionals. Upon calling the owner and letting him know of our issues and the damage, he said there wasn't anything he could do since we already paid and the service was done. Disappointing for the money. We've used movers in the past and their hustle was well worth the money. Would not recommend this to anyone. If it's your only option, PAY FOR THE INSURANCE. It will pay for itself in the end.

I had a short window of time to get some antiques moved. Jermaine and his crew were great! They moved these items on a Sunday and during a snow storm. Showed up on time and were very professional. I'll definately use them for any future moving needs. <br />
