On April 20, 2005 Carroll Roofing stripped off existing roofing materials. It rained that night, and the roof leaked. Carroll roofing agreed to repair the damages to walls and ceilings, but insisted it was not the company s responsibility. On April 21 it rained again and still leaked, and about 2 square yards of a ceiling collapsed. Carroll Roofing promised he would repair all damages. About 3 days later, Carroll Roofing arranged for contractors he knew to begin repairs on the damaged ceiling area. These contractors caused damage to the electrical wiring. Before all repairs had been made and after receiving several offensive phone calls from Mr. Carroll insisting that we pay him the remaining balance. He promised that all interior work would be completed, I paid him the final $1,500. Mr. Carroll left that day and neither he nor contractors working on his behalf ever returned. Since then, the cost of repairing the damage done by Carroll Roofing has cost us about $4500.
