Bill and his crew are excellent! We just moved to the area and he was recommended to us and after meeting Bill, we knew we were in good hands. He’s very professional and understands his business. Bill was the only contractor I could find that had pictures of sunrooms he built on his website. It was a slow process but I love the results. Would hire again. Bill is very friendly and listens to what the customer wants.

The overall project went great. We experienced several delays due to weather and heightened demand for trade work. Communication was great with Bill, work completed is absolutely stellar, and pricing was fair. Would hire Bill and his team again!

We were very pleased with the outcome of our deck project. We had an existing deck resurfaced and new handrails added, had the step removed from one side and added to the other and also had a new lower deck added around part of our pool. Brad and Nick were very professional, on time and great to work with. Bill was prompt with the quote and kept us in the loop along the way. Our deck come out exactly how we wanted it to. The design worked very well with our house and looks great. Brad and Nick did an excellent job with the construction and are very personable and easy to work with. They kept us in the loop on every decision that needed to be made and ensured we were satisfied with everything they did. We would have no reservations using Thomas Home Improvements again or in recommending them to others.

Fair bid for the Job, not the lowest or the highest. Hired company due their experience and knowledge. Excellent follow through. Note that like many in this area they are busy, but once they started on our Job they maintained an excellent and constant work (no time lapses once they started). The work was very good and took our input along the way.

Very well. We had excellent communication on when the various jobs were to be done. Their price estimate was very accurate. All of the individuals that worked on our home were courteous and respectful. Since some of the work was inside, they were careful not to damage our rugs etc.

Bill is completely professional. He gave me a fair estimate and didn't over run the quote. I added two items not in the original scope of work that changed the price slightly, but that was communicated, so no surprises. His employees and sub-contractors all showed up on time and did good work. We were particularly impressed with his carpenters, who were consultative and paid such attention to detail. The work was completely to our satisfaction in a timely manner.

Results were very good to excellent. Not only did they complete the repairs, they came up with adjustments to the finished product to keep it from happening again! Considering this was a relatively small job and it is a busy time of year, they treated us with great professionalism and in a timely manner.

This was the first major project for our home so we wanted to make sure we chose the right person for the job. We interviewed several contractors and we knew when we met Bill that he was the one. He immediately understood what we had envisioned for our new screened porch and deck. Bill, his son Brad and the whole crew were outstanding. The construction and craftsmanship were top notch from beginning to end. The kind of skill you see on TV shows like "This Old House." They showed up on time everyday and worked rain or shine. The finished product far exceeded our expectations. We plan to use Bill for future projects and will not hesitate to recommend him to family and friends.

We live in our back yard and needed an outdoor space with a large deck with a pergola and a patio. We had what we wanted in mind and Thomas Home Improvements made it look better than I imagined. We have two dogs and a toddler. They were fine with the dogs roaming the yard while they worked and when the Bassett hound wouldn't use the ramp they would pick him so he could get back in the house. Our son has been running around pretending to be the crew fixing things in the house. If the crew said they would be here they arrived at a reasonable time in the morning and kept construction debris cleaned up as the job went. When the inevitable remodeling issue would come up they keep us updated. This job is as done in a reasonable time frame given the amount of rain and snow we got during the time of construction. We will definitely use them again for any other remodeling needs we have.

Bill was great to work with. He was extremely responsive and professional at all times. The work was done in a timely manner and looks great. The job site was also left clean. I would definitely recommend working with this company and if/when we have another need, I will be reaching out to Bill first.

They communicated really well letting me know of the progress step by step. I always knew when they were coming & what they would be doing. Mr. Thomas and the carpenter (Mark) were always attentive to what I was saying. These were quality workers and conservative in their work. Very clean and professional in appearance. The project was done in a timely manner.

Work was done quickly and well. Bill was honest about what he thought we should do which in the long run saved us money and allowed us time to decide on what we wanted. Work was done 3 years ago and has held up great!

This project was one of many that Bill has done for me over the years.  He is great to work with as well as the crews that work with him.  I am very happy with his work. <br />
