The whole process was detailed and well done. This was in a new home construction and Curt took the time to make sure the vision I had was brought to life. He custom designed the medicine cabinet in the master bathroom. Had our countertops and vanities set at the height we requested. The only issue I had was some lack of communication to let me know when there were issues getting the one bathroom vanity and letting me know timing of when someone would be coming to do the installations. Other then that the we overall are pleased with the work done.

Despite the insane delays of the pandemic and my project considered 'non-essential' - I had started project 2/2020 - they finished 8/2020. It sounds bad but they kept me informed and once project started they took care of all the challenges along the way. Great crew - skilled, neat and courteous. I knew from the 1st 5 minutes of Curt's visit that I was in expert hands to handle the entire project. He was professional, worked with my personal tastes and needs and the final product is beyond my expectations. His estimates were accurate, he was fair with add on's (so were team that dealt with them) and handled the issues quickly and fairly with manufacturers and subcontractors. They were also good with communicating what would happen each step of the way so I could adjust my 'in house' business around them with limited hassles. What is different about them - and made a big difference for me - was that they order and warehouse every element - cabinets, hardware, plumbing fixtures, appliances, trim etc. and don't start the job until its ALL ready - so once they start there are no delays. This helped avoid all the 'supply chain' issues of the pandemic. It may mean waiting - but when you're dealing with NO kitchen /bath - you want the job done as quickly as possible. The delays we dealt with were more part of the process than gaps in scheduling due to poor management of contractors and crews. That also made the entire process less stressful. I would definitely work with them again and recommend them highly.

Went as close to perfectly as possible. Only glitch was finding some holes in waste water piping from upstairs bathroom that required replacement and also required the common wall to be built out. The project was only delayed about a day due to the situation. The owner is delightful and designed a gorgeous, functional kitchen that met every expectation I could imagine. The installation team's very conscientious and eager to please. The lead installer is very adept at thinking outside the box. His philosophy is that there are no problems only solutions. Goal is customer satisfaction and they do not disappoint. No hard sell. No surprise extra costs. Accessible owner. Punctual. Project stays on schedule.

The designer was always very attentive when I contacted him and would answer (in detail) the numerous questions I would pose. The two contractors who showed up at my home were just as professional and pleasurable to work with. over the course of the week they were coming to my house, any ideas or suggestions from either side were always hashed out as they would materialize and by the end of the project, the end project was essentially exactly as I'd constructed it in my head. The only slight con to the end result was more-so of my own doing than anyone else's, where the light fixtures I'd purchased for the replacement did not come with rods, so a couple of the pendant lights hang crooked.

Thomas Kitchens ripped out my new kitchen and I had a new kitchen in 7 days. There workers are perfectionists. Highly recommend!

Everything went excellent. the owner met with us several times to layout the kitchen. He made suggestions and listened to our thoughts. Our thoughts were that he had the experience so we usually went with his suggestions. Things we wanted he worked with us to give us what we wanted. He accommodated us when we made changes. Workers were here when they said they would be. They explained what they were doing and asked questions about what we wanted. They accommodated us when we wanted changes or didn't like the way something was. The workmanship was excellent. We had a problem with the wrong stove being ordered and several minor things that needed to be corrected or change. These things were done in a timely matter. We feel that the workers made sure we were satisfied with everything before they left.

Project went great! Billy the installer worked with us and had good ideas, solved any problems he encountered and did an excellent job with installation and finish work. Gary our salesman, was also very helpful with planning and layout and recommended a tile installer that did an amazing job. <br /> Thomas Kitchens also gutted and remodeled our entire kitchen this past summer and again did an excellent job. We are very happy with all the work Thomas Kitchens has done for us. <br /> <br /> <br />

I cannot say enough good things about our experience. I filled in a project quote request online. Within 1 day, Gary the sales rep called us. He came to our the same week and drew out a sketch and quote. The quote was very reasonable. The contractors were more than professional. They cleaned up after themselves, were polite and attention to detail was wonderful. We are VERY happy. We asked for bids from another contractor who did not get back to us for 3 weeks!

They did an excellent job.

The guys at Thomas Kitchens were prompt, thorough, friendly, honest and trustworthy, my bathroom looks better than I imagined it would.

It went very well.. Gary at Thomas Kitchens was very helpful with the design and found the best prices. Kurt did a good job with the scheduling. Billie and his crew, Joe and Josh did an excellent job with installation, made helpful suggestions and any changes they needed to make or problems they encountered were handled very professionally.

Bill and Joe were punctual, courteous, and efficient. They finished the majority of the work in 2 days. We are very happy with the final result.

They were extremely helpful and professional. Gary was super. He came up with some ideas that we hadn't even considered and they turned out beautifully. The installers were also terrific. They had to tear out the old kitchen, build a wall and replace a window and install the new cabinets and island. Only took 3 days. They also checked back to make sure everything was still working fine. I know you could probably  find cheaper cabinets, but not of this quality or the expert installation. Would definitely highly recommend. <br />

Twelve years ago, Thomas Kitchens did a complete remodel of our kitchen.  We were completely satisfied with work and material.  Because of this we decided to deal with them again for a complete remodel of our bathroom.   <br /> It was very easy making choices in products and the guidance from Kurt was good.  The various workers were very good. <br /> Definitely would select Thomas Kitchens again. <br /> <br /> <br />
