Thomas Lawn Care did an excellent job rebuilding our rock retaining wall. It looks better than the original wall. The crew kept us informed every step of the way (big shout out to Carter!). No detail was overlooked in restoring the site. Highly recommend.

I don’t normally leave reviews, but I finally figured out how to use Google. Hired them this summer and the experience was disappointing. The job felt rushed, cleanup was apparently not included, and communication dropped off once payment was made. Lesson learned. I’ll be looking elsewhere next time.

We have always been very happy with our services from Thomas Lawn Care. They are so easy to work with and we love the atmosphere of a family-ran business. Very hard workers and always done with a smile. Thank you Thomas Lawn Care!

<p>I've worked with Travis and Megan for several years.  Most of the time it's fine.  But when there's a problem, their first response is to blame me--with anger.  At one point in lawn care, I asked that the lawn chairs NOT be turned upside down, covered with grass cuttings, left in front of the stairs to enter the house.  Pretty reasonable request.  I was told that I was asking too much--they couldn't make money when I asked for more.  I said i was happy to PAY EXTRA to have the place look nice when I returned.  They never responded.</p> <p>Today I sent a note that the driveway was completely torn up after plowing.  I know it was a difficult and wet snow (and I wrote that), but there were 8 inch ruts dug into the drive, and there were piles of dirt (rather than snow) all alongside the driveway (which was plowed so narrow I couldn?t actually drive it).  I sent photos, and said I wasn?t sure what had happened, but that I?d like them to come and take a look because it seemed that parts had deep snow left and parts had dug up the driveway where there wasn?t much snow.  The response was that they weren?t going to go around and around about this.  They?d gotten stuck (no one told me!) and there was a problem with the driveway.  They wanted to part ways.</p> <p>It?s pretty hard to work with someone who can?t negotiate, can?t take a look at a job that?s not done well or that a customer isn?t satisfied with.  Rather than working WITH a customer, Travis and Megan seem determined to be right.  Most of the time they are.  But when they?re not, there?s no room for customer care or customer satisfaction.  That?s a problem.</p> <br />

Travis is a hard worker, very prompt service and extremely reasonable.  we purchased our house in August and the previous owner suggested we call Travis for any needs - he as been very helpful.  Travis is genuinely a nice guy, and will be very upfront with you. <br />

Thomas Lawn Care does excellent work and my yard always looks nice. They keep my bushes trimmed and looking nice. They also have helped me with general maintenance such as replacing deck boards, etc. And they helped me with a cleanup project that another provider started but didn't finish. I highly recommend this company.
