Mr. Parks and his workers were thorough, polite and efficient. My gutters were full and badly clogged because of several years of neglect. They removed all debris from my roof and dug out the gutters by hand until they got water freely flowing through the downspouts. It was a positive experience from beginning to end.

While they were up there cleaning the gutters they told me about the deterioration of all the sealants on the air vents, the chimney and exhaust fans on the roof. They took pictures and showed me and I had them redo all the sealants. I have a feeling that that was a smart way for them to get some more work (most people aren't aware of the damage the Ca sun can do). It was the owner of the company and his son that did all the work and they were clean, pleasant and professional. When the 1st rains came after the work was done I suddenly remembered a small leak we had had in our bathroom and IT WAS NO LONGER THERE!! I was very happy with the work they did and would definitely recommend using them.

The service is not good. With the recent rain, the gutter did not work. The total amount came too much more than I expected.

Excellently. They kept us informed of progress and worked very hard in very hot weather. Very considerate of home owner. Cleaned up and removed equipment nicely when completed. We are very pleased!

They coated our roof with something like clear plastic. The product is called elastomeric. We are very happy with everything they did. We have already had them back to put in some downspouts. They also cleaned the gutters. I would use them again and recommend their service.

It worked out well. I haven't gone up there to check the gutters myself. But they had a crew out, they worked. I think they did a good job. They came out the day after I purchased the Big Deal. I got them to give me an estimate to fix the leaks in the roof, but I thought it was too high, so I went with someone else. They did the job efficiently. They had a lot of guys out here. Very good price. I'm assuming it is done properly. We've had a lot of rain and I don't see any problems. I would use them again if they gave me that good deal. It was a good service, but the prices are high, unless you get a discounted offer through Angie's List. The estimate for the roof was very high. The young guys who did the work were really very professional. The job they did was good.

I am so very pleased with the work that Thomas Parks and his crew accomplished on my home/decks/roofs and gazebo. It took three weeks but he was very thorough. The first day was powerwashing the house. One day to dry and then each day thereafter there was a crew of five. The preparation work was extremely tedious. They used hand powersanders to cover almost every inch to even out cracks and layers of old paint. It was no easy job. In some spots it is three levels.....up and down ladders; and it just happened to be very hot weather. After completing Thomas asked me to write a list of things that might need touch up. Again, I was impressed. As we walked around the house/decks/gazebo together he spotted some small things that I did not see. That is to say, he is very honest and trustworthy. I highly recommend Thomas Parks Contracting. Thomas Parks and company is a company of high work ethics, trustworthy and honest. I will certainly call him for any other work that I might need.

Thomas arrived on time (and just before a strong storm the next day). He got everything done and we have not experienced any leaks in our den-which was a nice change. The gutters also functioned well .. He kept me informed with progress throughout and explained what was needed to get us prepared for the rain that was expected. We have had 3 rainy days so far this season and it is nice not to have to put towels on the den floor . He is a reliable service provider and a friendly and helpful person that I would refer to family and friends.

Thomas Parks was very good about keeping in touch with me, as we were trying to schedule a day when he and his crew could come out to do the work. <br /> They were on time and did a good job. Since it has not rained very hard since they were out, they made sure to test out all the gutters with the water hose before they left. <br /> I would use them again. <br />
