job ran two weeks and a day instead of 5,, Owner kept asking for cash before work was completed even though we paid the deposit and extra cash along the way to get them to complete the job. The contract said they were to be paid when work was done. They used our tools, broke a broom, filled a side drain with debris which we then spent three hours cleaning out. Owner got belligerent and cussed my husband out because we refused to give them any more money till the job was finished. One day just didn't show up because they said they were doing a job where they could make some money. At that point we had paid them $3700

"I am employed through Thomas plumbing I am the one who done the work for Mr. and Mrs. [Member Name Removed] I was there from start to finish we explain to [Member Name Removed] how We would do things and how we wanted payment the job was to be for $4000 and we ended up adding a new water service which made the job a little over $6000 we broke it down into three payments and they paid us the first payment by check which we was an able to cash we ask them to pay us in a different style of payment which they agreed to pay in cash since we had a problem cashing the first installment and every time we ask for a payment they got very upset the work consist of jackhammering up 80 feet of driveway which was 5 inches thick of concrete and 3 inches thick of blacktop we hauled 14 ton of debris away for cleanup the job took eight days to complete with three men working all day long and I was wondering what was taking so long and a very nasty Way, Mr. Thomas was trying to talk to them asking them what can we do for you to make this job go a little smoother for you and they were very unpleasant toward Mr. Thomas several times so he just got to the point where he stayed away to let us complete the job so I completed the job for them And when I went after the last payment they paid me $300 less than what the final payment was supposed to be so I just politely took the payment and went on my way"

He over charged me. When he gave me the estimate, he asked for $100 as a deposit. He came back and he did not take off the $100 I paid him. He told me that he would take off the $100 deposit to my overall payment but he did not do it. I would not recommend him to nobody.

"I tried my best to work things out with her gave her a very good job I don’t know why she turns the way she did we spent two days Fixing her problem a thing we can say I cannot help what material cost I try to subtract her deposit I guess she just wanted to hold that against us she live way out in the middle of the country we went back for two days figuring out her water pressure"

Danny Thomas showed up at first appointment and second day when majority of work was done. Helper Albert was also present Danny did upstairs bathroom work with some help from Albert. This work turned out ok except for for clean up,none of that was satisfactory at all. Albert replaced kitchen faucet and Danny helped with drains. $1950 was total cost 800upfront remainder on completion. Check was fine first day but needed to be paid in cash next day. I didn’t know why but I accommodated them. Later when they were gone I realized I didn’t have hot water in the kitchen. That was late Saturday and I waited to call until Monday morning. Got a call back Monday afternoon and Albert told me look under the sink and make sure he had turned the hot water on. I explained that I am handicapped and could not do that so he suggested that I have my daughters boyfriend do and I explained that I did not hire her boyfriend to fix my plumbing I hired him. He said he would be out Tuesday to look at it.when he showed up on Thursday and turned the water on I explained that the lines were reversed and needed to be fixed. He said that was not possible and that the faucet would not work like that. Besides it doesn’t matter what side is hot or cold. I told him I was a tradesman for forty years before I became disabled and he was mistaken that the hot is always on the left and cold on the right and suggested he consult the code book if he doubted that. He said that he would fix them when they came back to fix the regulator the following day. To make this short regulator was replaced ten days later, after two unscheduled visits in between with no work performed hot and cold lines were not fixed and when the regulator was installed Albert asked me for another $79.00 for the repair. I told him no they were already paid in full and the receipt proved it. Danny did return on the final threes visits but would not come in the house. Perhaps this was a training exercise, I didn’t know but if it was a test to snake me out of eighty bucks he failed. I would not recommend this company for any future work.

Danny Thomas with Thomas plumbing came out to my home and took out two toilets and install two toilets for me I'm done a wonderful job was very professional and polite and I would recommend this company to anybody and if I ever need any of these services again how much is Thomas Plumbing because they were very polite people

Excellent. Very nice and courteous people. They waited 20 minutes for the glue to dry before carefully turning the water back on and checking their work. That showed me the were willing to make sure the job was done right and not just run out of my house to go to the next job

Horrible, they worked a bit, got money up front and then did some more work that was all smoke and mirrors. The work was not done, but you could not see it since Plumbing any electrical work was under the subfloor they put in and in behind drywall they hung or so I was told. I was told they did the Plumbing and electric wor. Was also told that Danny Thomas applied for a Plumbing permit so city water could be installed, but this was a lie as well. They put the kitchen sink pipe in the wrong place. Said they would move it, but did not. Subfloor installed is weak and uneven. The Plumbing and electric work was not done and neither was any of the other work done according to the contract. They left a bigger mess than when they started the job. They will not and have not returned any phone calls and they have been paid. I now have to hire someone else to take out the subfloor, floor joists they installed, along with the one little pipe they installed in the wrong place. Mike Thomas also broke into the residence and stole my ladder and wheelbarrow. They should not be hired by anyone to do Plumbing work.
