Joe comes to give an estimate immediately. His work is excellent. He also had ideas to make my ideas even better. He is thorough and very professional. His motto is, "No problem." These jobs took time because they were really large, complicated and widespread throughout all three houses. He cleans up each day. I know I'll call him again when I need anything painted or power washed at my house.

Thomas & Thomas is by far the best painters I've seen. Joe is meticulous and careful doing every job and exceeded my expectations. They have painted high ceilings in my stair well, stripped peeling paint and repainted in my hall way, put drylock paint in my basement, patched up damaged walls on my pack porch and painted it. Joe's team is professional, his estimates are reasonable, and his work is Excellent! I've hired him back 2 or 3 times now on various other projects. He is my go to painter. I HIGHLY recommend Thomas & Thomas!!! <br />

<p>Joe was very punctual on our first consultation. He was very informative and transparent. He went to the store to get samples to show us how the color would look on the walls. He and his team completed the job in the time he set forth. My husband and I were completely satisfied and happy with the job that Joe and his team performed. The rooms look awesome! Also Joe had noticed that our mail box was open and would not close. Joe was concerned that someone might take the mail so he bought the mail into the house and sent me a text as to what he did. We were very grateful for his concern. Joe is an upstanding caring business owner. I would highly recommend him and would hire him again!</p> <br />

Joe was with me the entire process - insurance thru completion. Joe first went with me to meet with the insurance claims adjuster. He jumped right in with the demo crew to demo the affected areas and determine the extent of the damage. Joe re-insulated and hung new drywall, he re-did the bathroom and four other rooms. It was a huge job and things kept getting added by me - like let's repaint. the porch, the kitchen, the ceilings in the dining room...you get the idea! Each time I wanted something else, Joe's response was always the same, "No problem." The work is excellent. It has been long and full of surprises due to really old construction. But it is done and beautiful. If there is a particular aspect of the job that joe wasn't licensed in, he called in a certified contractor. For example, the plumbing was done by a plumber. I'm pleased and already hired him for a few other things back at my house. Great personality, great work and great ideas to make every project work best. <br />

<p>Mr. Thomas answered my voice mail request and came to our house for an estimate the same day I placed a call to his business. He gave us a good price that included 2 coats of paint and some repair work.   We signed a contract and he left paint palettes with available colors and gave us plenty of time to chose.  Then he stopped and placed samples of the colors we chose on the walls.  I decided one color (I had chosen) was too dark and he went right to the paint store and brought back my 2nd choice to put on the wall. </p> <p>Mr. Thomas and his crew painted 7 rooms in our home in 4 different colors.  They moved furniture out and back, covered up everything, tried to minimize the disruption to our lives as best as possible, and finished the job much earlier than originally estimated.  There was a glitch with one color as I had written down the wrong number for the paint but Mr. Thomas just went and got the color I wanted without a fuss.  Our home looks beautiful!  </p> <p>Mr. Thomas and his assistant Dwight did an excellent job of painting.  They showed up on time and worked hard all day.   They were nice guys and very professional.  They were kind to our pets who were wandering around.  Mr. Thomas kept us informed of his plans each day.   Cleanup was meticulous at the end of each day.  </p> <p>If you need painters and want it done right, call Mr. Thomas.  We will definitely call him when it's time to paint the ceilings and trim. He also does power washing so we plan to call him to clean our deck.  </p> <br />

Joe Thomas is amazing. His catch phrase is "no problem" to anything you ask him. And, it isn't! Three bedrooms, 2 baths, huge living room, sun room and every piece of trim and doors! It is beautiful! His work is perfect. But the best thing - yes even better than painting perfection - is his customer service orientation. He cleans up every day and comes back in the morning ready to go again. He even helped me hang things up when he was done! He is so good that I hired him to fix severe water damage at my father in laws house before Joe was even finished here! He even helped me pick colors for both jobs. I'll write a review on the next job when it's completed. It'll probably be perfect, too!!

Overall, I very much enjoyed the attitude to get the job done in an excellent manner by the owner of this company.  He was very easy to talk to and very responsive with any questions that came up.  Only mixup at the end was a bit of work to finish rehanging the curtain rods and blinds...but that was about it.  Again, he had a very positive attitude to correct any misunderstandings or miscommunications.  And, he did such a great job in the first place, that this was very minimal.  I use his company again if needed. <br /> And, the best part, the house went under contract within a few weeks of repaint versus being on the market earlier the year for 6 months with no serious bidders. <br />

He did a great job. Joe Thomas the owner and his helper, Dwight, came in and did an excellent job. They were very professional, cleaned up everything also. You would never know that they were here!

It went Great! I placed a call and they came out that same day to give us a quote. We agreed on the scope of the job and cost. They started the work on the day they said they would. All the workers were courteous and professional. Throughout the project they kept in constant communication about what they were doing and any questions they or we might of had. The project was completed on time as promised. My wife and I are very pleased with the results. I definitely plan on using them again in the near future. <br />

No issues at all. Joe and his team took about two weeks to complete the job but I was not in a rush since the house was unoccupied at the time. Otherwise no complaints. They were very neat and cleaned up after themselves. <br />

I cannot say enough about them. They were polite, considerate of our needs to be in the house (work from home), showed up on time, frequently checked in with us about what they were doing, and even contributed a few design suggestions which we really like. Joe kept a changing cast of people through the house, depending on who was available on each day to keep the job humming along. Quoted 2 weeks and finished in one. Everything looks <em>crisp</em>. We are very, very happy with it all. <br /> It is a 12 year old house and there has been the usual 'settling'. Joe and crew fixed many, many 'nail pops' and small cracks in the corner beads on the walls, etc. They even when back to re-spackle several places <em>after</em> the final paint coat revealed a blemish on the wall they did not see before. Spackled and sanded it again and painted again until he/they were satisfied with it. We are very satisfied with it. <br /> We have begrudgingly done a lot of painting ourselves over the years (it is not really <em>our</em> <em>thing.</em> ha.) and never really hired a professional painting crew before. We are glad we did. It was done MUCH faster and better than we would have been able to do ourselves - or even with help from friends. I do not have enough experience with painting contracting jobs to know whether it was a great price or not (most of our friends think it was a good price - and we have had very, very bad experiences lately when we went with lowest bid for other jobs!). <br /> <strong>When all is said and done,</strong> <strong> we are feeling that it was <em>money well spent</em>. W</strong> <strong>e will use Thomas and Thomas again and based on our experience recommend them without reservation.</strong> <br />

Joe Thomas was at my house I/2 hour after I called giving me an estimate . I put down a initial down payment and work began the next day . Joe and his crew worked late days so he could get the job done by the time I needed him to with no complaints . He is very affordable and professional. <br />
