We want to thank you Thompson Creek for a job well done. We want you all to except this letter as a ten time Grammy award from us to you. You showed up and stood out. My wife and I want give God the glory first for a company that is well rounded and people who are in tune with vision. We first would like to thank Gordon Smith (Sale Representative) He stop by with a presentation and knowledge of the window products with an outstanding attitude we call him the nephew of the family along with cousin Maybelline the dog. Secondly we want to thank Don Bishop (Project Manager) He stop by and check for lead and measurements and had tremendous knowledge and wisdom and positive warm attitude. We call don the uncle of the family. Thirdly we want to thank Brittany Burns (Richmond Factory Representative) She stop by and explain the roofing project so well that we wanted the roof on right then and there. We thought she was the professor of the roofing. She is up beat, bright personality and eloquent in speech and has a beautiful sense of humor.We call her the sister of the family. Lastly we have to thank Shannon Dotson (Customer Service) she is incredible fantastic marvelous these are just a few words to describe someone we have never saw in person but makes you feel as if you had known her for years. She return calls make sure all your information is correct ,her love and passion and support is phenomenal. We call her mother of love. She makes you feel like you are part of the family that has your best interest at heart. We want thank all the Thomson Creek family not only do the windows make our house look like a commercial on the block but it added comfort to our ears. The new roof gave us a soft settle sound, that when it rains it sounds like a rain app that you can sleep to… Thank you Thompson Creek you are not a five star company but a ten star kingdom of vision and precision. It went very well!

Professional crew, each one had a job and perform it very well. I'm extremely with the work that was done and feel hiring them to perform the work was the right choice.

Salesperson was very knowledgeable, demonstrated windows and worked with me on a price I could do. He beat the other bids which were quite a bit more and I did not see that the other company windows were worth that difference. I like how they are all one company, manufacturer and installer. Installation went very well, 4 installers were very courteous, asked permission before entering house, knocked on door, kept me informed of what they were doing, laid drop cloths everywhere, cleaned up inside and out, cleaned windows when finished, and because my original windows were so bad, I am sure they had lots of challenges to overcome, but they sure did, replacing several 2x4 sills. Project manager came by to see if I had any questions, and see how installation was going. Came back next day to finish up and kept working even though weather was horrible and dark. Looks great! Will call them for next house improvement such as some doors I need replacing.

They did an amazing job. He did exactly what he said he would do. They arrived early and on time and stayed on task all day. They were like a well oiled machine and got it all done in one. day. We would highly recommend this company and we would definitely use them again.

It's not that great since the initial service that I want is to have a screen door installed then they told me that they're not just installing a screen door unless I will be getting a front door as well. Then I just had a front door that's storm proof with a lifetime guarantee. It took so long to get the door installed. The first installation day was messed up since the project coordinator did not schedule any contractor. I don't think that they did not kept any records on what I said. They told me that there's someone coming over on October 12 but I received a call that the contractor cancelled the appointment. Then they rescheduled to November 3, installers did come in and did a great job.

Thompson Creek Windows did an outstanding job with the installation and clean up of the windows and doors. Scheduling was easy, the team was on-time every day, worked hard all day and cleaned up at the end of each day. It was a full 3 days of work. The team was very attentive, paying attention to detail. For example, One of the doors was delivered with a small dent in it. The team noticed it during installation and immediately ordered a replacement. When I returned home from work, they pointed it out to me (I may never have found it on my own) and let me know that a new one had been ordered. The new windows and doors look great, and all of the drafts from the old windows and doors are gone. We are extremely happy with the result.

The salesperson was excellent. I was assigned a project manager, who had a problem communicating with me, where I took the day off to be here for the window guys to show up and noone did. I understand she no longer works for them any more. I am a big fan of great customer service and they failed on this point. I think they got a lot of business and couldn't keep up with the orders. The people that I did deal with, i.e., installers and "the next project manager" were all great, but if I had any questions or problems it was very difficult to even find someone to contact or even email, to express my concerns. Thats why I had to go with a bad rating on the responsiveness and professionalism. I do love their product and people, but they need to be more customer friendly and have contact information for customers to reach out to and for someone in management to respond.

The best deal for a value for what we need.Tehy did an excellent job and did it quickly.Clean up after themselves and I'm satisfied with the window.The sales person is knowledgable but not pushy,pleasant and very very good.

I have used them before to install windows and siding. All the workers were very professional, the project manager was available to speak with directly and they did an excellent job. I will highly recommend and continue to use them.
