He arrived promptly after we called, even though it was early in the morning. Rod was extremely professional and respectful throughout the entire process, putting us at ease immediately. Not only did he demonstrate exceptional expertise in quickly assessing and resolving the issue, but he also had a great sense of humor that made a stressful situation much more bearable. They showed up on time on a major holiday as promised and replaced my water heater. It was leaking and just about to go. They were pleasant and professional and I couldn't be happier with the service. I have already recommended them to my neighbor for work and my friends.
