In 1969, Patrick Thompson began working for himself as a remodeling contractor. Since 1980, we have been the general contractor on well over 1,000 homes in Grand Rapids, MI. Our client-centered Design/Build Residential Remodeling Process has been refined and systematized to maintain superior results and positive experiences for our clients. Whether your project is $15,000 or $500,000 our experienced [design, project management, and field] staff are a joy to invite into your home. Most of the professional members of our team that have been with us over 5, 15, and 20 years! In 2005, over 55% of our projects were repeat clients and if you add in their personal referrals the number jumps to 93%! We believe in education and continuous improvement.
