Very professional experience from the time I scheduled my install to the time the technician showed up and hooked up our satellite. He showed up during his time frame and cleaned up after he was done. Would definitely recommend Thompson Satellite to friends and family and would use them again!

Thompson Satellite can be very difficult to work with. The complaints and feedback that I get from current and soon to be residents here at Enchanted Hills Apartments are that they never answer their phone and they set appointments for a service technician to come out and fix an issue and no one shows up or calls to cancel. My residents have to call back constantly to try to speak with someone. If they leave a message, they rarely receive a call back. If service goes out for any reason, it is quite difficult to get a technician out. We have had residents wait around for multiple days waiting for a technician at the times given by a rep for no one to show and no call stating no one is going to show.

The experience was incredible. Top of line in customer service. Their staff is very friendly and knowledgable. The technician that installed my Directv satellite system was not only friendly but very considerate to my wants and needs in relation to what I expected from the installation process. I will definitely recommend them to all my friends and family.
