"Sent the homeowner picture Of all the rooms in the house after they were cleaned and her response was beautiful! I also reached out to the homeowner and told her that we have a 100% guarantee if there is anything she was not happy with her if she would have called us we would have gone back and fixed anything that she felt was not up to standard. Here is three days later and we still go back and make it right My girls were at the house for two days. Six-man hours the first day, the upstairs was not able to be cleaned because there was in too much disarray. We were told that everything would be picked up when we came back. The second day the girls were at the home for eight man-hours but the upstairs was still not that picked up but they worked around everything they could. Worked 45 minutes on one shower alone. As far as the one cleaning tech saying the house was disgusting that did not happen. She was mentioning a house that had just been done that no one lived in, it had been a hoarder home but I guess the sun thought she was talking about them which still should not have happened, Our policy is to never say anything about another home while you are in another client home, and will be addressed in house. We just wanted to address this complaint because it was the first time we have ever gotten a bad review."
