This home repair went perfect! Mr. Hazard was professional and had the best interest of our home in mind. His main goal was to make us, the customer, happy. Went out of his way to insure we were satisfied wtih every detail. His staff followed his example. Professional, effetient without sacrificng quality. They were neat and thoroughly cleaned after each day they worked, and they were polite and curtious to all in our house hold. This is the contractor phone number to keep in your contacts!!! After some fumbles, the job was completed 12/1/17 but I had some concerns and criticisms. Tom (the owner) contacted me and we talked and straightened everything out. He was wonderful to deal with (as was Michelle) and very generous - would definitely have them back to do other jobs.

There were about 5-7 guys and they got it done all in 2 days. We went to them with a financing package. The project foreman came out and gave us his sales pitch, he was very professional and gave us top grade stuff.

• TH was the single best home service I have experienced in the region in 48 years. Immediate response to my Niagra-Falls-in–the-living-room panic call. Next day I had an estimate with options for me so I could do the job on my very meager budget. A few days later, what seemed like an army of workers showed up at 7:00am and by 3:30 in the afternoon I had a new roof and there wasn’t any evidence that anybody had been here. Amazing. The job was done for $3000. less than a quote I had from another roofer three years earlier and offered a lifetime guarantee. (Makes selling the house down the road, much easier. I can transfer the guarantee with the house). This company is amazingly professional and comfortable to work with. • 7400.

The work was done quickly, completely professionally, and with a beautiful result. All of the details were explained up front and our questions were answered. The proposal accurately described the job and outlined possible extra charges. We're very pleased with the result and will definitely use this company again for our next house project.

It was excellent. They were right on time. They were very neat and very fast in doing the roof. Everything was done very efficiently. The cost was very good for the work that they did. They came in right in one of these so-called special deals from other companies. Overall, it was great quality. They had great customer service and we haven't had an issue at all since they installed it in April.

Arrived early in the morning and worked continuously all day. The job was finished about 3:00PM. My property was cleaned up very well when the job was finished, including using magnets to pick up any stray nails. Everyone was very professional and nice. Roof looks beautiful and I am very happy with it. I would highly recommend this company

John, our contact was very helpful and attentive. Found satisfactory alternatives to work within our budget. Windows were delayed as the factory sent the wrong size which extended completion by 6 weeks. Although the windows look great Pella is not very user friendly or easy to contact. <br /> The crew John sent did a great job cleaning up after the job and was very detail oriented. All questions and concerns were answered promptly. <br />

Tom, the salesman was very professional and answered our MANY questions before providing a reasonable quote. He didn't nag us to make a decision quickly or pressure us to buy more than what we wanted/needed like we experienced with other companies. The installers were great and did beautiful work in the time they promised. Our property is difficult to put up and move ladders because we have a ton of plants near the house. The guys took extra precautions to ensure they didn't damage anything which was much appreciated. Clean up was amazing - I exected to find nails/screws for weeks after they were done, but only found 1 or 2. No other signs that they had even been there. The price was very reasonable and beat out most other reputable roofing companies in the area. We were very happy with our decision to go with TH Remodeling and can't believe how quickly we had a beautiful new roof. <br />

The installation was delayed the first day because of heavy rain however the crew used that opportunity to stage all the equipment and materials at the job site. The very next morning the installation began exactly on time and the crews worked until dusk that night, again the next day and were finished by noontime on day three. I was given a detailed tour of what exactly was done and specific instructions of the do's and don'ts of caring for our new roofs. <br /> The job site was left clean with almost no evidence that any work had been done. The job came in exactly at the price we had agreed on and my warranty was delivered to me as promised. <br /> All in all I would say we I had a textbook experience. <br />

I found Thomas Hazard to be honest and helpful to work with. I also found the personnel working for him to be cordial and pleasant to work with. Very positive experience. Meticulous and professional. Came in at budget, and in spite of some problems he had no control over (delivery delays), he finished the job on time. They sent a very hard working crew that even helped us when a tire went flat on one of the cars. His staff is very friendly and they take the time to make sure the job is done right. I have already used TH Remodeling and Renovation for two other projects as a result of the performance on the roofing job, and I intend to use them again if the need arises. <p>Comments: Julio and his team did a fantastic job. My roof is 31 squares, Julio and his team were at my house at 7am and went right to work. They wrapped up the job around 6pm. What a great experience for me to have this work done quickly with high quality. The roof looks great. We also had new gutters installed and they make the overall appearance stand out, it looks like we have a brand new home. What was even better, when the crew left, you could not tell they had just installed a roof as you could not find any remnants on the ground of debris from the job. I highly recommend TH Remodeling to anyone looking to replace their roof. John Hazard was very personable, did not put a hard sales job on us, made sure we understood the process and what they were proposing, the needs for the different pieces and explaining what they might find once the roof was off and where additional costs may be. He fully explained the product they use (GAF) and the 50 year warranty. They all went above and beyond in meeting our expectations. I would recommend them to all my friends and use them for any other home improvement projects I have!!~!!!!! When we hired Tom, we had no problems with our roof. It was 25 years old and we wanted to prevent any future problems. We had Tom and his team replace our flat roof. We have had endless leaks and problems since he did the job five years ago. Initially he came back 3 or 4 times to fix the leaks, but we continue to have more leaks each and every year -- in the bathroom, in the living room, in the den. It continues to rain in my house. It is an absolute NIGHTMARE. We now need to hire another roofer to redo his entire job and spend double the money. <br />

"This project was actuallyunder ten thousand dollars. This situation has been visited several times. ...The roofs above "installed by another roofer"was leaking through flashing down the side walls...I'm not sure why such negative remarks have been left after we have proven through video and photos all leaks where entering from other roofs above and side walls which through several photos you can see into the actual bare walls . This is a large house in which the siding and several other areas are in poor condition including windows and doors. A roof is not water proof it is only water shedding and other elements on a building can cause water to enter as well. We installed a roof to fit their budget and with the plans that in the near future they would be framing a pitched roof like the rest the neighbors. Also when this roof was replaced we changed several sheets of rotting plywood which was paid for...so yes the roof was already leaking in several areas. I truly wish this would have gone in a different direction but we have kept close record of dates, times , expenses, photos and videos through the whole process showing where the water was entering which they have viewed as well. I feel such a situation is very unfortunate and we realize we cannot please everybody in this situation. Thomas Hazard"

I met Julio, foreman at a neighbor's roofing job and asked how I can get an estimate for my roof, after getting the info I called for a estimate for two jobs, my primary house and rental property. I was given an appointment within a few days and one of the two owners, Tom came down and spent as long as I needed to give me the two estimates. <br /> After deciding to go forward, John the other co-owner came down to have me sign contacts and get a deposit to do the job. <br /> I then gave him my schedule, as I wanted to be home when the job was done and within a week he accommodated me with a day that worked for me. They came early as promised and started stripping the two layers of my roof, by lunch time they were probably almost half way through the re-roofing. <br /> The crew consisted of six men overseen by Julio, after a short half hour lunch they went back to work and labored through the day until it was finished at 7:15pm. <br /> They were very professional from start to finish, I will recommend TH Remodeling & Renovations to everyone I know. I'm very satisfied with the professional work done on my house and can rest comfortably knowing my house is secure from the weather!! <br />

TH replaced our roof and everything went very well. Originally they said it'd be a 2-day job but they arrived early in the morning and got it done in one day. The foreman for the team was really organized and friendly and he explained everything and answered all our questions. We had a good experience working with John Hazard before and after the job, he answered emails and phone calls promptly. Clean up was good, also. In the 3 months since we had the work done there have been no leaks or any other issues. <br />

He was a great guy, and he did what I needed him to do. I had an immediate leak, and he did a good job repairing it. He also did some little things for me that he saw needed done, which he did not have to do. He gave me a thorough report of the roof with a cost effective plan of things I needed done. He was fair in explaining what I needed to do right away and what I could wait to do. I appreciated that very much. He was exceptional!
