It was terrible. They didn't finish anything that they started and they didn't even have a permit. Everytime they went to start on something new it was going to cost more money. The came back after they had started and said that it's gonna cost more money because they had found water leaks and it was going to cost 7,900. I went ahead and signed for 6,500. I have never experienced anything like this before. They left my house a mess and I haven't heard back from them since.

 Overall this project was flawless from start to finish and will use Thunder again for any future home projects. <br />

Everything went according to the plan Mark and his team laid out.  They were in and out in one day.

Bottom line, while the project was costly, we hired the right company.

We met with one of the owners Mark he was knowledgable and professional.  Mark explained in detail what they were gonna do and how they were gonna do the work in my opinion better then any of the other contractors.  He provided us with a <strong>detailed estimate</strong>, ways to save some money and gave his recommendations on ways we could save some money for another project we are planning.  (which I liked)  He is very concerned the job be done the right way and gave us a life time warranty on the roof.  They showed up when they said they were gonna, cleaned up the area after better then I expected.  This company is very professional and I would recommend them to anyone.  The job was done fantastically, very professional. We couldn't have been more pleased.

We got several bid from other companies to do the work.  We choose Thunder because they provide a wide range of construction and remodeling services, a true one stop shop.  They were very knowledgable and gave more suggestions then any other company we met with.  Upon starting the work we noticed the professionalism was beyond our expectations.  During all projects they were very clean and concerned about the protection of our home, our neighbors home and our pets.  We are very pleased with the final product of all the projects they have preformed thus far.   We have referred them to our neighbors and they just signed a contract with them as well.  The price wasn't the cheapest but the work was timely and perfect.  We couldn't be more happy with this company.

We had a few issues with the Farmers insurance company but Thunder Exteriors helped us get our home put back together better than it was before the storm.  We are very happy.

We are very happy with the work.  They were very timely, neat and clean.  Very professional staff.  I would recommend Thunder Exteriors for any tuckpointing project.

We paid a fair price for a professional service. We are happy with the job. They came early to get set up for the job. They protected the house and bushes with tarps and plywood. Completed the job in one day which we were very happy about. When they left you couldn't tell they were here. Very clean!

Richard (owner) takes a lot of pride in his work and seems to know exactly what he is doing and what to look for. He inspected the roof by actually walking around up there. 2 other companies also gave me an estimate and one of them just inspected from yard. Richard started the the job himself and then a team of 2 men came out to finish job the next day and were also very professional. From what I see, all work was completed as specified and they did a good job of cleaning up. The only thing that I was surprised at was how dirty my windows got from the whole process. I have since (after the fact) noticed that one of the other companies that bid the job said they would not be responsible for dirty windows. I would have liked to have known up front because I spent over $400 getting windows cleaned this summer. But, I cannot blame Viking for getting them dirty as this seems to be normal.

Dennis the owner spent most of the time on the job inspecting the work being done. It was a very messy job but I have no complaints about that. Everything looked good as new by the end of the day.

DENNIS IS VERY CONCERNED THAT THE WORK IS DONE CORRECTLY TO MAKE YOU HAPPY. THEY ARE VERY QUICK AND EFFICIENT. NICE TO WORK WITH.
