They came out on 2-19-2019 I called on the 20th to get a receipt and invoice. They did not return my card or copy. Very unprofessional. I will not call them again.

Absolutely fantastic! Jesse was prompt in every step along the way. From initial call, helping me provide the info he needed to diagnose issue, providing a quote (which was very reasonable), arriving on time and super great customer service! He also made some recommendations to improve the set up of my washer and dryer; I'm going to schedule an additional service call for this! I highly recommend Jesse and his company! My oven was not heating what so ever so I called Thunder Tech Appliance. I spoke with Jesse and he explained to me, over the phone, what the issues could have lead to my oven failing. I felt confident in his over the phone diagnostic so I scheduled an appointment. Jesse was on time and really friendly and friendly to my dog. Right away, Jesse ran a few test to see what was failing. Turns out my oven ignitor was shot and needed replacing. Luckily, he ordered the part and came back the same day to do the repair. Thank you Jesse for your professional service and excellent pricing.

Extremely well. The built in refrigerator’s compressor and other equipment went out the week before Thanksgiving. Jesse assessed the problem, replaced the compressor and other parts and had the refrigerator up and running in time for the holiday. He warned that he may have to return a couple of times for an adjustment. But it’s been about a month and a half and the fridge works great! Jesse’s an excellent and knowledgeable repairman, plus he’s just a super nice guy! Highly recommended!

Excellent service. I have been dealing with a lot of different repair people recently and this was by far the best experience I have ever had. I spoke to Jesse the Technician directly and he gave me a very specific window as to when he would arrive. Which was amazing and almost unheard of! (Every other company has made me take of an entire day of work and often showed up hours after they said they would). Jesse was punctual and came exactly when he said he would and he brought the part that he thought that he would need based on our phone consultation. His diagnosis was correct and he was able to repair the washing mashing immediately. The whole thing was so efficient and Jesse was so professional, courteous and kind, I would recommend Thunder Tech Appliance to everyone I know. I cant recommend them highly enough.

He was very professional and took the time to explain his repair prior to doing the job. Gave us an estimate on what the price would be. Did the job at a great timely manner and our refrigerator is in great standing. Our refrigerator broke down during the holidays and this gentleman was accessible and responded fairly quickly. Would definitely recommend him and hire him again.

If your looking for a great company for appliance repairs THUNDER TECH it is. My washer completely went out on me, I called them and they came to my house same day, job was done in less then an hr. These guys know exactly what they’re doing. They’re prices are reasonable and the team has great customer service. I am completely satisfied with them. Thanks guys

Sent out of request to get an estimate to fix a noisy dryer. Heard from Jesse at Thunder Tech within minutes. Was able to schedule a home call the next day at 3pm. He texted the next day to say he could come earlier if that would work - which it did. He arrived with the parts he assumed he'd need based on my description of the problem and fixed it for the original price quote. Dryer is purring like a kitten now!
