Very well...used the service and extra hour

I was very upset with my experience with Tiffany. She came to my home and gave me a to clean my home prior to my family moving in. I am 9 months pregnant and have a 2 year-old, so I was unable to clean the house myself. Being new tot he area I used Angie's list as a reference. Tiffany came to the house and gave me a quote for the items I asked her to do; especially refrigerator and oven, being pregnant those are items I am unable to clean. I told Tiffany we still had workers in the house finishing painting, these things never get done on time. Since we had a deadline to move into the house, we had to schedule the cleaning at the same time. She agreed to this and knew the situation. I asked her to please let me know if she could not complete all tasks or had a hard time working with the contractors. I was in text communication with Tiffany on the day of cleaning she told me it was "No problem." my husband went to the house the next day and the refrigerator, oven, master shower, and guest bath were not cleaned, Other items were incomplete as well. I asked Tiffany if we could schedule a time for her to come back and complete the job. She then gave me a quote on how much it would cost to come back. I was under the impression those items were included in the initial quote. Tiffany continued to argue with me that she couldn't work with the contractors and she charged me for 2 women for 8 hours.  I eventually stopped communicating with her because of her tone and lack of understanding, It is unfortunate and sad that Tiffany was not honest with me yet had no problem cashing my $360.00 check for an incomplete job. I would be wary of using this company.

Tiffany arrived on time and got right to work. She did a deep cleaning and will return monthly for follow-up cleanings. <br /> She never stopped working except for water breaks- Tiffany was professional, courteous, very hard working and we would not hesitate to recommend her. <br />

She came right on time. She's very nice, very cooperative. She worked really hard the whole time. AND, she used a clean rag each time she changed tasks. That is something that is very important to me. <br />

Tiffany was wonderful! She was very helpful, flexible, arrived on time, and would always be responsive. She exceeded my expectations. I felt very safe and comfortable using her services. Tiffany is very warm and caring as well. I plan to use her for future services.

From the first phone call, Tiffany was very professional. She was prompt (even though I wasn't, eek!) for our appointment for her to price the job. She was also prompt when showing up to complete the job. Tiffany's work was excellent. My house looked better than it had in a long time! Unbeknownst to her, my mom owns a cleaning service up north and their prices matched exactly for the services received. I was very impressed with her professionalism, attitude, and work ethic.

I purchased a 4 hour deal from Tiffany. She did a great job thoroughly cleaning our house and even stayed past the agreed upon time to finish the job. <br />

Tiffany cleaned my house with great care. She dusted every room with perfection and vacuumed and washed all my floors. She cleaned the bedrooms, kitchen and 2 full bathrooms now they look like new! I'm very happy with the job she did as well as the price. I would highly recommend her services. <br />

Ms Mijares was very professional and thorough cleaning my 2full bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, stove, refrigerator and floors throughout. She dusted every room leaving my condo spotless and smelling great! I would recommend her services to my neighbors and friends. <br />
