Water Main Install, Replace or Repair
Broke electrical line to yard light. Said they are not responsible. Also, someone there said to call back to arrange to get it fixed. When I did, was told they do not do electrical work in Champaign. My wife had informed the technician of underground wire before work began. In addition, can not close closet door because of Jack hammering that was done. As a result, dust was all throughout the house.

My technician Keith was great. Friendly and super informative. Also too a quick look at the entire drainage system and gave my an idea of where problems will pop up the future without preventative measures (my home was built in the 50s and while the previous owners took really good care of the house nothing has been gutted and replaced yet).

2 friendly guys that did awesome work. Transfer switch works great and it's nice to see them clean up when done. I would definitely use the tiger again for electrical work.

These guys are definitely our new first call for anything plumbing and HVAC problems! Even though they were running a little late they kept me updated via text. The technician arrived, was incredibly pleasant and professional, and was finished in a flash. If I could give Tiger 6 stars I would!
