Tighten Up Home Projects and Repair

The job was not completed, but the owner was paid in full. The fixtures have not been installed, the hole is in the ceiling he created, and the tape around the ceiling in coming off. Kept telling lies to come fix it but never shows up. I'm now having to pay someone else 125.00 to fix the repairs. I asked the owner to refund me that portion. He refuses to answer. Now I'm going to file papers small claims court to get my money back. NEVER THOUGHT THIS WOULD HAPPEN. Please be aware of what you are getting into. Unhappy customer
