This company management/ownership team is the worst!!! Don't get your work done here. When they were removing my existing ceramic tile on the floor, so they would be able to install the luxury vinyl tile, the worker cracked my shower tile. Which was an accident, I get it, but I went through a licensed company so if something like this happened I will be able to get it resolved. Not with this company. Anna the owners daughter ask me to get three quotes for repair, which I did. I sent her the cheapest quote, and she shot back an email saying I feel this is too high. I told her she can send her own team out, but she didn't. The companies that came out said there is no way to match the dye lot so they will need to do the entire shower area which is about 144 sq ft. I also let Anna know this. Anna also said when the job is complete with floor install she would come by to make sure i was happy with everything. I never seen her. I have also called her on this several time, because the tile her company installed has some bubbles in it, the base board were chipped up in my sons room, and in my room the frame for the mirror doors is bent from worker hammering it too hard. I have been calling and texting her several times a day with no response. Anna also told me t o call the companies insurance, which I did and they say the insurance expired on 6/23/20. I signed contract on 6/9/2020, work started on 6/25/20. I was promised work would be done in 4-5 days. It was three weeks before completion. I paid $13,000.00 for the job. And I am so dissatisfied.

Joe was very easy to work with; he was always available to answer questions and provide information. His crews were also very good about showing up when they said they would, cleaning up, etc. The few hiccups that occurred were handled professionally and quickly. I appreciate Joe's expertise and his ability to get me quality materials (tile, quart countertop) at reasonable prices.

I purchased an Angie's List Deal for the shower renovation and then paid extra for additional and custom work. The final results are fantastic. The employees doing the work were diligent and paid careful attention to detail. The work took about 4 days. The only reason I gave a B rating for Responsiveness was because it took the company about 3 weeks to start the project. But we are very happy with the results.

Slow and bad quality and had to make it three times...not everything but part of the project. Now it is acceptable but nothing more.

Very well, the work was done expertly and quickly. We had to wait for the tub to be delivered but the guys came back one morning and installed it when it arrived. Fabulous work - very professional.

It went perfectly. He came in and measured (and told me I needed less tile than I had estimated!) and then he even offered to pick the tile up for me at the store. He came first thing on the morning he said he would. I forgot to buy grout so he brought me grout in the exact color (light gray) I asked for. He finished the next day as he said he would. He was professional, polite, organized, and kept me up to date constantly by text since I was out of town or in town but at work. The actual labor and installation is beautiful. I couldn't be happier. After he left, I walked around the house to find other things he and his team could do. I wish I had found him earlier. I am getting new bathroom cabinets installed on top of the new tile he just put down and as soon as those cabinets are in, I will post a photo.

It went great and looks wonderful. I use Joe for all my remodeling. His crew can handle anything. So much talent and reasonable prices. Joe places the whole ceiling. Never have any doubts about whether to ask him to repair or update anything in my house.

He arrived when promised, his employees were very polite and professional. The work was completed in a timely manner. The quality of the workmanship was remarkable. I found a minor problem, called Joe and he had it corrected at my convenience. I was so happy with his work ethic that I contracted him again to remodel my 2nd bathroom. My family and friends admired it so much that they want him to do their bathrooms too. If I remodel my kitchen I will call Joe @ Tile and Carpet Gallery without a doubt to do the counters and floors. I give them an A rating.

Joe and his crew were punctual, thorough and meticulous in their work. Caros ran the crew and his work ethic is off the chart. Worked as much as possible (even 4th of July and Saturdays) to complete job. Cannot to wait to work with Joe, and Carlos, again on future projects.

I used Tile & Carpet gallery when they ran a special on Angie's List. He came to my home and told me what he would do for the promotion. I did some add-ons and we agreed on a reasonable price. He arrived when promised and the employees were very polite and professional. The work was completed in a timely manner and the quality of the workmanship was remarkable. I was so happy with his work ethic that I contacted him for my second bathroom which my family and friends admired greatly. If I do any more repairs for my home, I will use them again. We would highly recommend Tile & Carpet Gallery to our friends.

Joe and this crew were wonderful! I had some issues in which I had to postpone the start date and then mid way, I had to go out of town. He was very understanding and was more than willing to work with my schedule. My bathroom is amazing!!! It turned out better than I could have imagined! Since he did such a great job I had hi replace my carpet and he will be starting my kitchen next month! I highly recommend Tile & Carpet Gallery

They were okay. They had one guy who had experience, but he could not get the supplies from the owner of the company. So, it took longer than it should have. I went out and bought supplies for him so he could have the job done. They should supply the workers with appropriate tools. They charged us exactly what we dealt with. There were no additional fees. The price was an okay price. The gentleman that they assigned to do this job was good. He was on time every day. As part of the professionalism thing, the tile did not line up in some of the areas. I would probably use them again. I have to oversee them again. I oversaw what they were doing there and I was acting as the contractor in a construction job site again.

"The project you contracted for was a shower remodel which we completed on October 16, 2015. Tile & Carpet Gallery had previously completed, to your satisfaction, five other projects for customers of your interior design business. You have indicated in the review that you would hire us again, which seems to conflict with your negative review of this project. The price increases from the original quote was for additional work that you ordered and agreed to. The mention of problems we "created" refers to the plumbing issues we brought to your attention in October, but that we cannot legally do, as we are NOT licensed plumbing contractors. These continuing problems are of your own making, as you would not hire a licensed plumbing contractor to fix them. I do not deserve the F grade rating, this member has given me."
