We found TilePro on Angies List and sent Joe a message. He called us back that same evening and scheduled to come out the next day. When he saw the shower floor, he noticed a several things wrong with it that we were not aware of, and it was clear to see that Joe knows a whole lot about shower floors and how they should be installed to drain correctly. We hired him to do the job, and he scheduled us very quickly and communicated very well about exactly when he would come. He was always on time, he was careful not to make a mess in our house, and he and his employee were very polite and professional. He finished the job in two days and we are delighted with our shower. This is the guy you need if you have a problem with your shower, but I would definitely hire him again for any type of tile job. He really knows his stuff.

Joe was great to work with. We had him look at several bathrooms in the house and he only did the work on one because he thought the other bathrooms could be fixed more economically without rebuilding the shower. So he wasn't out to make more money for himself. He gave us a bid and the work was done in about half the time he estimated. The shower looks beautiful. While he was here, we had a problem with our septic system. My husband was at work and Joe dropped what he was doing to help me so our basement wouldn't flood. He went above and beyond just because he's a nice person and a professional. There was no added compensation for all the help he gave me.

Joe was very professional and quality of work was excellent. His workers were very nice and did a great job. Joe also suggested under counter lighting, which was installed and was a great addition in the kitchen. I will definitely hire Joe for more work in the future.

They did an excellent job. Of the three companies contacted they were the first to respond, They passed their discount on my tile on to me, ordered it as soon as I gave them the job, and without delay when the tile arrived they started laying it. The job they did is all i could ask for; the workmen were clean, polite, and accommodating, a credit to TilePro and Angies List.

It went great! Joe, the owner, was very responsive to what I needed done and when I needed it done. He was very helpful with suggestions about tile choice. His installer, Steve, did a fantastic job. He was very good at explaining things, and getting the tile installed perfectly. They were very pleasant and respectful of my home. The price charged was very fair and the work completed was done quickly and the tile looks great! Would definitely hire TilePro again!

Joe was very responsive and explained everything thoroughly despite being out of town during my job. He was able to send a crew to accommodate my rush schedule. They were very knowledgeable and did a great job.

TilePro was very knowledgeable about the root cause of discoloration in our shower stall. Not only did an excellent job replacing grout but also recommended steps to prevent recurrence and cleaning products to use going forward

Joe was professional, responsive, and his quality of work is outstanding! The type of stone we choice for our backsplash was a high-end stone and Joe did a stunning job. The pattern, the cut of the stone - perfect! We were so pleased we are hiring Joe again to do tile work in our bathroom.

After another contractor had botched our basement Joe came in and fixed all of the shoddy workmanship. We ended with a beautiful basement. The headaches that the crew had to go through just to get to a place where they could actually do the work they did was amazing. Every time we I have had Joe and his crew in they have left us with a stunning finished product,  The professional way that they work is excellent. We will most certainly will call Joe for all future projects. <br>

Joe assessed the state of my bathroom floor revealing two layers of adhesive tiles over one layer of original cracked tile.  He proposed solutions and allowed me to select a solution in the confines of  my budget and needs.  He retiled the floor, installed a new toilet, installed a new vanity, and helped out with other plumbing related issues while on site.  I thought the quality of Joe's work was second to none and he was extremely knowledgable about home maintenance. I will say that Joe was playing catch-up from being ill and thus it was difficult for him to follow through with his initial dates to come give estimates or complete the job by the original requested deadline.  Despite that, he and his employee, went to extra measures to meet the needs of my tenants.  I will have Joe do more work for me in the future.

My wife and I had attempted putting up a glass backsplash ourselves. We went out and bought all of the materials, however the job proved too difficult for a couple casual DIYers. We decided to call the pros. We got a couple of quotes from vendors; Tilepro's quote was the best and their availability fit our schedule. <br /> I gave Tilepro a call and they were able to send a crew out the next day to start the job and promised it'd only take a day to complete. I have to admit that I was skeptical that they would be able to complete 28 sq. ft. in one day seeing as it took my wife and me 12 hours to complete 5 feet. Boy was I wrong. Joe sent out two of his guys and they made the cuts, laid the tile, and grouted all within 8.5 hours! <br /> The grout lines are straight, the tile cuts are clean, and the tile edging trim is flush at the corners. They even managed to do a phenomenal job with a few 45 degree cuts! My wife and I couldn't be more happy with the job that Tilepro did and have already recommended them to a few friends and co-workers. <br />

There were some areas on our old floor that did not have tile on this at all.  Joe investigated what the problems were and explained  carefully to me how he could remedy the problem. He also showed me samples of types and colors of type I might like after asking me questions. In a couple of days, he returned with actual tiles so I could see them on the floor. They were just what I had in mind.  <br /> He leveled some areas of the floor where it had been dipping and also moved our appliances and toilet out during this time.  There was no problem with doing any of that.  He blocked a door that led to the work area but also out into the garage so that the people in the house were not too cold.  His workers were very considerate and polite. <br /> The only thing that I was not 100% happy with was that I was not told exactly when to expect the workers the next day.  Or even whether they were planning to come the next day.  I would have liked better communication between us. <br /> All in all, they did a great job for a great price.  I am very happy with the end product! <br />

Please that the price and knowing up front how much I was going to have to pay and it was just the excellent reassurance that somebody was going to overcharge me and the job was going to be done with my kitchen faucet took it out and the new kitchen faucet in it delta beautiful excellent excellent work <br />

Joe did exceptional work for me and I'm looking forward to now hiring him to re-tile my bathroom! <br />

After a nightmare experience from a previous contractor, I was scared to death to try again. Joe came in and explained what needed to be done, did it as he said he would, and everything was perfect.  He even went above and beyond on something that I won't mention, just to make sure he's never asked to do it again.  Just believe that it was something that I hate doing, and he took it upon himself to do it just to surprise me.  The men working with him were very respectful, hard workers, and made sure to clean up really well when they were finished.  I think my kitchen floor was cleaner when they left, than when they started.  I recommend, and would hire again. <br />

Really well.  I really splurged on these tiles and didn't want anymore damaged.  I had two other bids and the were triple what tilepro quoted.  He used a more water proof adhesive over the sink and explain what we needed to due to keep the issue from happening again.  Cleaned up throughly to ensure no glass was on counter and floor. <br />

<p>Joe's guys were awesome!  Mike in particular is a true artist who takes pride in his craftsmanship.  He even "signed" his tilework by including his signature capstone.  They were attentive to our requests that the dust and general construction mess not get all over our house, and completed the job rather quickly and with a very sleek, perfect look.  My husband and I hadn't thought the shower could look so high-end!  Very pleased, all around - and the owner, Joe, and my husband really hit it off, too, which is always a bonus when hiring out work in your home.</p> <br />

Mr. Emmert and his crew did a great job the first time I secured their services on a house that I am renovating completely.  So when these other smaller tasks arose, I called Mr. Emmert again.  He arrived at the appointed time and took care of the new tile-related tasks quickly.  I am pretty hesitant because of a recent horrendous tile job by another installer, but Mr. Emmert is great about taking his time to explaining and demonstrating why you need to do things the way he is doing them, and why they will work well.  I feel I have learned a lot about how to handle any future tile job and what to expect and which qualities and methods to look for in an installer.  <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> I was concerned that the outlet boxes in the backsplash weren't completely clear of the tile and grout, but was pleased to find out it was a minor quick fix and was mostly grout anyway.  <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> All went great.  Thanks so much, Mr. Emmert! <br /> <br />

Mr. Emmert and his crew of installers - especially Mike - did a fantastic job repairing/replacing poor quality work done by a previous installer a couple of months ago. <br /> Having not hired tile installers before, I stupidly paid the former tile guy before seeing the final result.  He had left "lippage" (corners up over adjacent tiles) and broken tiles all over the wall  The result was extremely poor, an impression I verified via several contractors. No one could believe how the former bad installer had chipped nearly every corner of every tile in a 28 foot glass accent line.  You can imagine how nervous I was about hiring another tile installer to fix that mess!  <br /> It took me weeks to find someone else that I felt like I could trust.  A total tear out was just not financially doable at the moment. Former tile guy won't respond. <br /> Cue Joe Emmert/TilePro to the rescue!    He met me at the appointed time, immediately saw the most viable way to repair the damage without a total tear out, impressed me with his knowledge (not easy to do), and we set a time a few days later for he and his crew to come in and repair the mess of the last guy.   Mike arrived first, and we talked a bit, increasing my confidence, then they got to work.  They carefully taped and protected my expensive new vanity, fixtures and other items in the bathroom, something that was of utmost importance to me.   <br /> It is a beautiful job!  The tile is flat on the wall, and the new accent tile to replace the line of glass tiles the previous bad installer chipped everywhere is absolutely gorgeous and beautifully installed.  FINALLY, I can finish this bathroom, and Mr. Emmert will be coming back to install towel racks soon, now that the grout is dry.  <br /> They all did a fabulous job cleaning up, leaving the job site in great condition.  Very happy with the bathroom and the kitchen backsplash.  It looks stunning!  The tile is straight, level, and flat!  Awesome! <br /> Call TilePro TODAY.  You won't regret it.  I will call Joe and his crew  from now on for tile work.  I wish I had called him in the first place, as the job would have been done right the first time!   Very happy!  <br />

The job was well done.  Each evening everything was cleaned.  Overall there was no mess ... absolutely amazingly clean!  The end product is beautiful; we love it! <br />

The home is an older home and always needs some adjustment before anything can be installed properly. They leveled the floor and installed with pristine care the stone making sure that the coloring was integrated beautifully. It was installed with the care that any home owner would be proud.    <br />
