after job was paid he did not follow up with any concerns i had i had to hire another company to fix his work

Mr. Tilley is to great work with and very knowledgeable. He came out the same day I called and validated my findings. Late the night before it was scheduled to install the unit I called to go ahead and replace my second aging unit as well. To my surprise, his crew showed up and installed both units the next day. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mr. Tilley to anyone that has HVAC needs.

They completed the heat pump installation work but did not come back to install a new filter rack system. I have contacted Mr Tilley three times for him to schedule the work. He came to my house but after two weeks no work has been scheduled. I am disabled and cannot change the filter without a great deal of discomfort, so I really need the work done. Update: The service took about an hour to complete.

It went very well from the moment I called Tilley's to the moment the technician left. The technician arrived at the house a few hours after I called.  Two other companies would not have been able to look at the unit for several days (one of them a week later).  <br /> Very professional and knew what he was doing.  I will definitely use Tilley's again in the future. <br />

I was having ongoing problems with my furnace, and Keith Tilley and his crew worked on it several times until I  finally realized it was time to replace it.  Keith never pushed me to make that decision but was able to help me when I was ready.  We set a date for the work to be done, which I changed at least twice, and I also asked him to look into a specific type of furnace that had been recommended to me.   Keith told me what he found out about that particular unit but didn't recommend it even though it was more expensive. The gentleman who did the installation was on time the day the installation was scheduled.  He completed the work in a reasonable amount of time, answered my questions, and showed me the things I needed to know about the new unit.  He cleaned up his work area once he was done and took the old unit away.  Not long after the work had begun, Keith called me to be sure everything was going well, and the man doing the work called Keith to ask him a question about the thermostat.  I appreciated the fact that even though Keith wasn't doing the actual work, he took the time to check on things; I also liked the fact that when the man doing the work, I'm sorry I don't remember his name, had questions about the thermostat, he called Keith instead of trying to figure it out on his own, which could possibly have made the problem worse. All in all, this was a very positive experience, and I will continue to use Tilley Heating and Cooling.     <br />
