I was pleased with their work and definitely would use them again. I had four areas with shrub stumps removed. They came out and gave me a verbal estimate. I asked for it in writing via text with price. I would confirm to hire them. There was a slight mix up on getting the written estimate/ hiring them. However, they came out promptly the next morning and removed three of the stumps and messaged me they were done. I was very impressed how they handled the miscommunication as well as their work and that is why I would do business with them again. The customer service was excellent. He agreed to match the other vendor price and came back out to finish the job to my satisfaction. They removed the stumps in the fourth area that was omitted. I paid them the price they quoted me vs the lower price because of their service. They seen very knowledgeable of their work from Trent trimming, stump removals, planting, etc, cleaned up the area and made sure it met the expectations before leaving the job. The price was fair. They were very prompt and efficient getting the work done.

Eric was very efficient in replying, coming to check on them and removed them the same day. Came back in a week, we picked the new trees and he had his team remove the truck and plant it.

They worked with us to get firewood cut, even though they don’t normally do that. The price was fair for the work. They spent about 6 hours cutting up firewood for us.

Team did an excellent job. Communicated arrival time, did a professional job trimming the trees, and requested feedback during job to ensure satisfaction. All debris was cleaned up. Teamed asked that we call them if there were any problems. Good job
